I don’t know what’s going on in that kitchen and I don’t think I want to know. Employees were pretty rude which was fine, I can deal with that, but the food was disgusting. Literally slathered together. In the photos, you can see how much oil was dumped into the bag; these pics were after it was handed to us, not after it sat for a while. It literally dripped as she handed it to us. If you’re considering going there, don’t. Just go next door to Wendy’s, please ?
I placed my order online, and went to the store when it said it should be ready.. I was told they needed a few more minutes, and to pull to the door.. While we waited, we watched as they would pull from our bag to serve drive thru orders that came through, then they would clear them out and stand around laughing and peeking out the window. It was a little over an hour after my order was confirmed before I saw them finally bagging our stuff to bring out, and all she said was, "Sorry, we've been busy."... The car next to us was waiting almost as long, and when they asked, she said someone must have bumped their order off and she would go check on it.. It was the worst "fast" food service we have ever had so far.
What happened???The Sevierville location has always been my go to Krystal. They were always hot and fresh. Today, my mother, au t and myself met there with our mouths watering and ready to bite into the savory steamy delicacy known as the Krystal and were very disappointed. The staff were very friendly and fast. I saw them back there cooking but I don't know what happened. All our food was cold. Not even warm. Hoping this was a fluke.
Being from IL we have White Castle, Krystal is basically the same, but Krystal tastes way better, and the have chicken tenders instead of rings, and the tenders are way better. Hopefully some day there will be a Krystal in IL, unless there is one and I don't know about it.
The service was fast and the food was fresh. I had chili cheese fries but the chili was way too salty I could not finish my food
Absolutely horrible! and have been waiting on a supervisor to return my call and still havent been answered about the problems
I sent him for one job, six cheese crystals and six not they sent him home with inch by inch krystals with nothing on it at all LOL I mean these folks have to be border edge! And to think we paid $18 for 1 inch by 1 in crystals with nothing on them these people didn't even have the decency to be like do you want those plain or with absolutely nothing on them absolutely it would be in communication at this point and these people didn't even have the decency to be like you want those plain or without cheese what do you I'm not even going to shame the employees you have because I'm sure you can't get very many at this point but you're not answer your phone and let it go to a voicemail every time for me to correct my order is even sadder it shows you don't care last time I will order there not that y'all care cuz I guess you make enough money not to worry about a year customers that's why you send everything to voicemails to the fixing it while we're in town good luck hope it works out but I don't see you sticking around much longer not in our county
sign say they are worried about customers health so the dining g room is closed. If you cared you would open the dining room. if someone is coming there to eat they obviously are not worried about their health. quit being democrats and open the dining room.
More real fast food.Processed stuff that u don't want 2 know ur eating... But it's tasty I guess.
Amazing everything about it was great, sandwiches were well made, fries were delicious, and it didn’t take forever
