We place the order through drive-thru but the inside was open very old and antiquated the trees bushes or blocking some of the walkway area so we came back out and got to drive through and we went through a drive-thru the person that took our order was very nice and professional not great but nice our food was a little above warm wasn't fresh but it was warm the property was just a mess with the bushes the hedges the trees blocking some of the drive-thru area people are trying to let their windows up because of the different types of bugs flying in the bushes through their windows and cars so it was a little hectic so I don't know if it's their property or the shopping center property but the yard was horrible the building is very very old
We went here after horrible experience with lady on intercom from McDonald's on dolly parton Pkwy. Glad we did! Guy was so nice, patient and funny on intercom. Lady at window was friendly , kind and respectful! Ty for the fresh food to! McDonald's on Pkwy can learn from them!
A lot of Hardee's have gone downhill over the past years, but this one is the exception. Folks are nice and Sheri makes outstanding biscuits.
We stopped for breakfast on our way back home. I ordered the bacon beast burrito. It was far from a beast. The burrito is $3.99 but with how it was made, it should have been on a value menu. I've ordered this from other Hardees and received better quality for my money.
Ordered a Big Hardee with large fries and drink, with extra large fries for my wife. Ate in store and was served in to go bag. When we sat down and opened bag, we both noticed the large fry boxes were spread open just enough to load a small portion of fries in the mouth of the box. The rest of the box was empty & flat. Less fries in each box than a small fries should contain. I took them to the counter and politely addressed it with the manager, Richard, who stated, “That is a large fries! That’s how we’re told to fill them.” I explained that At $2.50 per fries, it was stealing. He shrugged his shoulders. I would encourage anyone NOT to eat here! Bun on burger was stale. Meat and lettuce was fresh, thus 2 stars as opposed to 1. VERY disappointed!
I love the remodeling they did. Looks real nice! But to be fair I didn't eat there, just needed to make a stop!
Breakfast is always fresh and biscuits cooked to perfection. Good place to stop on the way to work or play.

The staff was very friendly but the location was out of some fountain drinks and pickles for sandwiches. I know this isn't the fault of the staff, so I'm not docking stars. Overall clean and a pleasant visit.
I would rate this place 0 star but I cant. We got to drive thru on dec 30 at 7pm and nobody ever came over speaker. We drove around to park and saw a family eating inside so decided to go in but all the doors were locked. We saw 3 guys but when we tried to aske what was going on they ignored us so wont be back at this location when we return. Find another hardees
