Omg this place is horrible they left my cinnamon bun out and when I return to the counter and asked about it the old lady who was packing food looked and me and said I put everything in the bag and I said you can come check my bag at the table we was eating and she snap and said don’t call me a liar, I talked to the shift leader and he could care less he ignored me and walk off telling me he don’t have the number to corporate and when I ask to speak to the gm since she was there she wouldn’t come off back line, I’ll never eat here again still waiting on contact from corporate
NO milkshakes, NO ice. NO carbonation, fries tast like the greese was a week old, burger messy and far away from good.Been a customer for 12 years. Use to love their burgers and shakes, place went downhill drastically.Very disappointed and will never go back to this location.
So short staffed. But we went in with 18 family members and they were amazing. Only 3 employees but they kicked butt and took great care!!! They should be commended!!!!!!
Kind of pricy for just breakfast biscuits but they were very good and the service was excellent! They were one of the only restaurants that did not close their dining area during the stupid virus days. We will be going back
Horrible experience!!!! Got a biscuit and gravy, they bagged it sideways so gravy leaked out all over the bag and everything in it, then they did not include spoon/fork to eat it with. Next I had ordered a loaded omelette biscuit that was not in the bag but a plain biscuit instead, then I had ordered 4 sausage biscuits and one of them had hair all in it, looked like someone cleaned out a hairbrush in it. Finally when I tried to call to alert management of these issues,I got a recording that kept hanging up on me!!! Complete thumbs down????????!!!!
Slowest fast food restaurant ever.. make you pull to the front door after paying at the window and then wait for 20+ minutes.. wow... I'd leave if I didn't already pay $40 for my food..
Was told to pull forward after 5 minutes waiting went inside the cook said that they already made my order and it was gone. So manager went and made the food I made the wrong food. Called when we got back to work manager answered. We told them that we were just in there and he hung up on us. Horrible service
I let this slide several times but today was enough every time we come through for breakfast we always get told pull up we will bring it out. Last week i pulled up and then watched them pull 4 other cars beside me as well. When they bring the food out it isn’t fresh. Cheese wasn’t melted and bacon was cold. So tell me why pull someone up every time? I think i’ll go to Bojangles from now on.
This place desperately needs new management. They're the only place around that can't keep things in stock and still can't get change. I like some of their food but over half the time I stop I end up leaving because they don't have anything. They either need new management or to go ahead and close down.
I come to this restaurant at least once or twice and service is bad food is bad and always out of just about everything you want to order
