This is the first time I have ever ate here and it will most likely be the only. I order the Buffalo burger and it was good. The season fries we really good. The food was hot and promptly served. I will say that is the better part of this visit. However, as I was leaving I decided to buy three cookies. I gave the lady behind the counter the three cookies I wanted. She promptly picked up her personal conversation with the gentleman behind the counter. When she opened the case to get the cookies she asked again which cookies I wanted. She dropped them into the bag folded over the top and then dropped it on the counter and gave me my total. I was not thrilled to have my dessert dropped onto the counter. I believe the two workers could have at least halted the personal conversation to wait on a paying customer. I feel like it could have been a better situation

We love this place. The staff was great! The service was fast. Challenged my son to eat a 1 pound burger. The girl at the register gave him a hard time (in a fun way). Boy ate it like it was nothing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the burgers here. The toppings I put onto my burger were fresh and crisp. I'd definitely recommend this place to anybody wanting a tasty burger but not worried about price. Had a strawberry milk shake but it was only decent.
The food was fine, but we were charged extra to change cheeses. We were not informed of the up charge for any substitutes. I remember Fuddruckers form years ago in Dallas, I was excited to visit and was really disappointed. Okay food, REALLY OVERPRICED.
Went to lunch on 10/14/2022 @ 11:30. We purchased two burgers with cheese and two kid's burgers with cheese, fries, drinks, and a vanilla milkshake. ALL of our burgers were really dry, bland, and tasteless. The toppings bar was good and drink machine worked. The kids meal was suppose to come with cookies, but when we went to pick out two cookies for the kids, two cookies for the adults, and one brownie, we were charged for all of it. The brownie was more like a piece of dry sheet cake with no icing. Overall, the only thing that was good about this place was the milkshake, it was really good. So, to sum things up: the fries are nothing special, burgers really dry, drink machines worked, toppings bar good, and great milkshake. (the milkshake brought our review up to two stars)
