I really do not like to post nasty reviews, but I was SEVERELY disappointed in my experience this evening.When you pay $40 for 3 subs and a cup of soup, you expect for the order to be be correct. But, nope, they screwed up the order. Wrong bread, wrong sizes...Honestly, Firehouse subs used to be really good; however, there is just no good value here. ? At nearly $10 per sub, I just expect more and better quality. You are far better off getting a $5 club sandwich from Food City.The food was at least edible, so I will give 2 stars instead of 1.
It's the best sub ever I had a 4in sub it was so loaded I couldn't eat it all
Love their subs, just wish they were served by firefighters in uniform with a little soot on their faces.
the past 4 or 5 times i’ve picked up my mobile order it has been incorrect or my changes to my sub has been completely ignored or mixed with other subs i’ve bought. & the kid with a mullet needs a haircut.
I always say I'm gonna get something different but I always get the same thing. Maybe one day I'll try something else. I have my favorites.
Very nice. Went here on an away basketball game and 2 full varsity teams walked in (my boys team and the girls team) and they were super sweet about it! 10/10
Bad experience the other day, I was in a hurry, so I called in a sandwich for the drive through, as I was pulling up to firehouse, & I was told that it would be 15-20 minutes for my sandwich, there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot, & this was a ridiculous amount of time to wait, as I've never waited more than 10 minutes when they were completely packed full of people, so I canceled the order, went inside, & there was a group of 4, waiting for their sandwiches, a couple of people finished, & walking put the door, the place was empty, except for the full staff of employees all over, waiting for something to do. I ordered me sandwich, & it was out in less than 5 minutes, yet I had been told it would take 15-20 minutes to receive a sandwich, that took two minutes to make. Not cool, all I can guess is that I would be penalized for ordering to pick up at the drive through.
We try to come here everytime we are in town and hungry for a sandwich. We sure wish they had one in our town. We especially like that you can order a small, medium, or large sandwich depending on how hungry you are. I love their meatball sub and my husband loves the Hook and Ladder.
Always love this location. Quick as service and great food.
The people in this place are funny and very nice! We were all laughing and having fun while waiting on our food. We came thru on our honeymoon . I wish I would have got their names. All were great except the Alabama guy ?? jk
