Everything was amazing. Server was super nice too. Just don’t get the crunchy beef tacos, they tasted a tad odd and were very greasy.
Stopped in for lunch with friends while visiting from out of town.. We just missed the lunch special time..We were the only people in the establishment upon arrival & waited a few minutes before being seated. I only saw 2 employees the entire time we were there.The waitress took our drink order. She brought back our drinks, 1 salsa, & 1 basket of chips for 6 people to share.. We had to ask for salsa cups, since our kids couldn't reach to dip their chips. She brought back only 2 for the children.We placed our order & when we asked, was told no substitutions, only could remove ingredients.. Placed order & when food was brought, it was missing quite a few things.. The food was hot & edible, not very tasty in my opinion..Our waitress seemed to have a hard time understanding English.Finished our food & must have waited at least 20/25 minutes for the waitress to bring our bill.. There were only 2 other tables being waited on by this time.When I reviewed my bill, I asked the waitress "If I paid cash, would the $8 service charge be removed?" I was informed "no, that is something the restuarant has to pay".. So expect to pay city tax, sales tax, & a service charge with cash.All in all:*Slow & inattentive employees*The food tasted just okay, & in my opinion was pricey for what you get*extra 18% service charge, even when paying bill with cashI will not return in future visits to the Smokie Mountains & would not recommend it to anyone.
Everything seemed like it would be wonderful in the beginning, we were sat almost immediately. We waited a few minutes for our server to come grab our drink order which is normal I guess depending on the server and where you go. HOWEVER, our server brought my mom and I both waters when I asked for sweet tea, didn’t bring chips until we asked if they were part of the experience, we waited about 20 minutes before she came to take our order, and didn’t even write anything down to be sure everything was correct. Which it wasn’t, our orders both were messed up and she snatched our food off the table before asking if we wanted a box . This is our FIRST EXPERIENCE AND WE WONT BE BACK ..
They always take wonderful care of their customers, and the food is always excellent. The price point is very affordable. I can't recommend them highly enough.

It was very good! The lady behind the counter was very kind and held the door open for me. We ordered over the phone and took it to our hotel.
we went today and sevierville didn't have water at the time. they were serving 12oz can drinks. we ordered, got our food and it was good. Got our bill to see almost 14.00 for 4 can drinks. Couldn't believe the price for drinks. Also they charge a service fee for using a debit/credit card of 18%. $10 for debit card,$14 for drinks. we were never told about the fee for the card. we won't be back.
I had Texas fajitas she had burrito tejano. Both were good along with service. It was a pleasant experience.
Finally went here and it's our new favorite Mexican!! The salsa is DELICIOUS, the food was hot, seasoned and fresh (colorful). Service was excellent, we went early. Only bummer was the ice cream special they advertised...it was gritty, not smooth. Hopefully it was just a fluke.
We went on memorial day weekend so it was packed! I'm excited to go again when it's not so busy. Everyone was happy with their food except me but only because I forgot to say no cilantro.
