Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Drive thru workers rushed me when I was ordering and they were super rude. I was told to “give me that coffee back that’s not the right coffee” after I had set it down in my car which is not only unsanitary but not allowed. As a corporate restaurant staff should know not to pass things back through the window and give them to other customers. I highly recommend not coming to this location.
The worst shop I have ever been in. The rudest person waited on me. When I asked a question about the tea, she informed me that I was in a tourist town and the prices were higher than other Dunkin’ Donuts stores. In my neck of the woods ice tea is 1.10 at Dunkin.
Ashton ( I apologize if spelled incorrectly) was the sweetest barista I’ve ever met! Her cheerful attitude and wonderful smile really made my day so much better. She was so sweet and seemed excited to help me!! I received devastating news recently and her kindness was vastly appreciated!
I am a fan of Dunkin Donuts and have been for many years but this is my favorite location. Even though it is smack dab in the middle of one of the biggest tourist areas in the country and they stay slammed they handle it with style and ease. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work!
I was so very happy to stop at this Dunkin' Donuts for my coffee run last night. We passed 3 major competitors along the way and the other small shops to get there before close. We barely made it but it was worth it. We both tried the brownie batter donut too and it was delicious. It was nice getting Dunkin' Midnight too my local store had been sold out. The employees were great and service was excellent some could learn a thing or two from these two Dunkin'Donuts employees. Thanks for helping my 18th anniversary even better.
Visited here today. Extremely slow. Ordered a bagel, donuts and coffee. Bagels posted as 1.19 each. Rang up $1.69. I said something to the cashier and she advised they had gone up. I noted the sign, again and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I had her refund the bagel. A .50 increase should be advertised or the posted price should be granted.
Went through the drive thru. The line for the drive thru was to the road, wrapped around the building. It took some time, but I expected that with the long line. From time of order until I received my order was decent. Trying to get in and out of this Dunkin’ is crazy. I had to turn right out of Dunkin’ and go back to the car museum to turn around so I could get back onto the main road. Coffee, hot chocolate, breakfast sandwich & donuts were good
Friendly staff, but terrible coffee. It taste different every time. There are exact measurements for a reason.
I run on Dunkin and this one is just as accurate with order as my home location. We love stopping here!!
Why is it so hard to get all of my food in the drive through. And when I try to go in it takes almost 20 minutes
