Ordered supper as we had been traveling. After an hour called. Was told to give them 25 minutes. Waited another hour to try and call to cancel cause kids was falling asleep trying to wait. Wouldn’t answer phone. 3 hours later tracker says order is complete. No order has been delivered and everyone is asleep. But yet still says my order is complete.
ZERO STARS! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! They have essentially stolen our money. We TRIED to place an order 3 separate times online, but it kept giving us a technical difficulty and NEVER a confirmation. I tried to call, and they NEVER would answer. It was late at night and we’d just gotten to our hotel from a 5 hour journey with 2 kids, so we decided to go elsewhere. We were pulling back in the parking lot to our hotel with other food when someone from the store called our cell to tell us they were out of the drinks we ordered. We told them our order never went through on our end, and that we had tried to call them, to which they replied that sometimes the internet did that. We told them we no longer needed it, and he said he would get his manager to refund it. Now we’ve been charged $75 plus the tip I left in advance! We’ve called and waited for 30 minutes + multiple times and cannot get through!
The servers tried their best but it took almost two hours for 4 pizzas. Granted, 4 pizzas is a larger order but two hours for fast pizza is simply crazy. As I mentioned, the workers were nice and were moving fast and hard, this location just needs more and better management. The only reason I didn’t leave when they told me the wait time was I had already prepaid $50.
Worst experience at a Domino's I have ever had. Came close to walking out. Slow service. Ignored by all staff upon entering. Arrived at the store once the app notified me it was ready to pick up. Waited in store for an additional 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. Staff did not care, and were not apologetic or offer any explanation. These experiences are fortunately rare, but make me likely to choose another business for our pizzas in future.
Extremely rude. I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes for 3 employees to look at me and ignore me. When I went inside to pick up my order I was never greeted. Noone said a word to me. The older man making pizzas and ignoring the growing line in lobby just keeps stopping, looking out at the customers, and rolling his eyes. Absolutely the worst experience at a Domino's ever.
I want to say I have never had any problems with dominos. I ordered online to have it delivered to my mom. Shortly after I made the order, they called to tell me my order was canceled. I was told there were no delivery drivers on duty until 4 pm. This was around 2:30 on Saturday. I understand the situation with under staff. The person I talked to said the order was put on a timed delivery. That order was never delivered nor did they call to give me any kind of update. I will NEVER use this location again. There are other pizza delivery options available in that area. I called another pizza restaurant in the area and it was delivered within 25 minutes.
I work at a pizza place so I know how the business goes. We went here for 3 pizzas and overall they were pretty good. My only problem was there is only 1 person working the whole entire store. He was in the middle of a rush with a bunch of orders and phone calls and he was doing a great job. I understand about being short staffed i live that every work day but, at least have the manager or franchise owner try to keep their store alive! Once again, not the employees fault, just the employer.
So ordered a couple of pizza’s online from this location. When my mother goes and gets the order she gets a hassle. She pulls up to the window and try’s to get the order and was looked at several times and no acknowledgement. When she asks if they where doing window pickup she was told they where too busy. She told them then they should have told her that they weren’t doing window pickup. In the middle of all of this she was told that if she could do it better then she need to get an outfit…..Not only that we did not get the correct order… She comes home and shares this with me and I go online to state a complaint and it is not an easy task…It is not just a simple what is the issue….They ask all other questions….So I call the store and ask to speak to the store manager and that I did not want to speak to just any person or manager…..I wanted to speak to the head person that owns(runs) the place of business….Of course you get the run around and the young lady says the store manager does not come in until 12 or 1 tomorrow….I asked her why she did not when they come in and I also got told that I was wasting her time. She would not give me the store managers number(which I understand) I then told her to take my number and have him to call me back within the next 30 min….After all she said she was communicating to him every hour….So she never took my number and she hung up on me….I then get a call from there (now keep in mind she said the store manager was at home) and he said he was the store manager and I asked the same question (when is it ok for an employee to look at a customer and tell them that if they can do it better then they need a outfit?) and they also told her they are too busy (to do customer service????) He then proceeds to tell me that I am harassing the facility???? Well we will see…
Food took over an hour to get to us. They didn’t follow delivery instructions. The pizza was disgusting! I ordered hand tossed but was super thin. It stuck to the cardboard box it was in and fell apart when I tried to pick it up and it was very cold. I had to even cut it because they didn’t cut it all the way through. I get that everyone is short staffed but this is uncalled for. Especially when you pay $65 for pizza you expect it to be correct and good! The cheese was gritty. It was all the way around some of the worst pizza I have eaten in a long time!!
This franchise gives Domino's a poor name !! I ordered online only to have my order canceled. No call just canceled. So I called the store and was told we had to pick it up because they weren't delivering. My husband left to go get it while I redid the order again for pickup. I then got a call and am told the owner called and told them to clean the ovens so they had to close the store. I called my husband, and while pulling into the hotel, low and behold, there's the domino car delivering an order. I think this all boiled down to the fact that I added a $2 tip. On top of the $5 delivery fee I figured $7 was an adequate tip for 5 miles. I have used dominos at multiple locations, and not once have I ever dealt with one like this. And when I originally called Dominos, it was a central location. She couldn't understand why my order was canceled because they were supposed to be open. It was around 10:30pm. She then transferred me to the store where I was told I had to order online, that order was later canceled due to oven cleaning. Bottom line, I guess a larger tip than $7 is expected if you want food from this franchise.
