My husband and I are on vacation and I had a late night ice cream craving... We left around 930 because the website says this location is open until 1030. We didn't realize it was so far away, like 25 minutes, but we got there at about 10pm and not a soul to be found. What a disappointment. Try to update your website so that people traveling to Pigeon Forge don't waste the fuel or time.
This was the cleanest D Q I've ever been to. The food was well prepared. The cashier was very friendly.. restrooms spotless. Don't miss this place
I went to drive thru and ordered a banana split about half way done I found a big long hair in the banana split very nasty never will eat a banana split again ??

I go here on my lunch break at work. The staff are always super nice, the food is always great, and they are able to prep orders fast. Im very satisfied with this location and hard work of the staff, but just a side note, if there are days the employees are running a little behind; Don't be rude and start acting like a toddler because you didn't get your pretzel sticks fast enough.

This chicken was horrible. Small crunchy pieces that have been sitting there for hours. Instead of salting the fries they poured salt all over the chicken. The gravy is brown instead of white with this weird ring of slime on it like it had been sitting there since this morning. The manager needs to get on it. The lobby isn't even open there is no excuse for this laziness
Went through the drive through and order ice creams for the family. Staff seem friendly and order was correct and quick. Nothing to complain about.
Quick service, good hot & fresh food. Try to get there a little early if you want to beat the long lines.
Stopped here to get a quick bite. Everyone was very polite, took our order and we received our food right away. It was delicious! Great burgers and fries, fresh all around!
