I had a comp card from a bad experience at the Knoxville location, so we decided to use it as one that was hopefully better, and it was. This is a great location. The service was quick and the food was awesome. Wish I lived by this one, way better experience and I appreciate corporate giving me the comp card for the bad one before. This location is definitely worth it, if you are in the area and like cracker barrel definitely stop by.
Cracker Barrel has always been a "you know what ya get" kinda place but unfortunately this time was absolutely horrible. Everything was hot ( like lawsuit hot) but had ZERO flavor except the fries and ketchup. (Lol) I had the fried chicken, Mac & cheese and fries. The chicken was fresh and nuclear hot but had the flavor of cardboard. The Mac was the same way. Our server was awesome, friendly and funny. (We still tipped 30%) because she was not the problem the food was. Maybe it was just us or the day, don't know? We will try again at some point but will try MANY other places before returning.
My family and I were on our way home it was a big group of 14 people. We were seated in less than 15 minutes the staff was very friendly everybody was kind and the food was so awesome, delicious and clean. I have a family of five and we spend $75 the drinks as always are very pricey . But the food was more than enough on your plate. I would recommend this place to anybody to visit when you're in Tennessee.

DO NOT ORDER TO GO FROM THIS LOCATION!! It is guaranteed to be wrong/ missing half of it. Dining in is hit or miss as well. Overall save your frustration and go somewhere else.
Always great food! Win! Win! Tummy full. I got biscuits, bacon and potatoes. My husband got the grannies meal and mixed it all together. Go and eat there.
Food was perfectly cooked with ample portions. Friendly staff and clean tables. Cracker Barrel quality is good.
Very nice Cracker Barrel! It is nice to go where you can expect a consistent meal at a reasonable price. We had the Grandma and the Grandpa breakfasts around noon time. 5 minute wait and we were seated. Always able to burn 5 minutes in the Country store. Lol. Anyway, we were treated nicely and got our order in rather quickly. Grandpa breakfast came with eggs, grits, choice of apples or hash brown casserole, plus country fried steak with white gravy. As always, you can choose biscuits, cornbread, or grilled Sourdough (my favorite)The Grandma breakfast had eggs, ham, sausage, bacon, choice of (apples or hashbrown casserole), 2 pancakes plus the bread choices too! No complaints by my wife except the pancakes were over cooked and I surely enjoyed the meal. Plenty to eat and also well prepared. My wife loves their pancake syrup and so we had to purchase some before leaving. The staff is always friendly here. Definitely a good meal at a welcoming place!
As always, our food was delicious. The waitress was all smiles & very friendly. We always stop at a Cracker Barrel when we need to go somewhere.They do have a tendency to overcook the bacon however. It's not burnt by any means, but we like ours a little chewy not crunchy.
