Got a Pollo asada burrito, it was really flavorful..
I don't normally post reviews about chain restaurants because people usually know what they're getting into but; this Chipotle is a mess literally and figuratively. The management clearly has no clue what they're doing. There was a huge wait and bottleneck in the line at the end of the line because they were out of multiple staple items (black beans, chips, drinks). On top of all that the food was COLD. And did I mention it was a mess? Beware this Chipotle.
It was a special day for me! I came here to grab a burrito with my little cousin and his wife and daughter! Found out my other cousin works at the McDonald's down the street, put heaven and black beans in a burrito and that's Chipotle's. Superb food, not a bad waiting time in line. 10 out of 10!
The food was good. BUT the wait was awful... they had only 1 person making dine in orders. There was at least 5 employees on duty. They needed at least 2 working on the front line. We waited in line for 45 mins.
Quick and friendly, delicious as always.Tip: rather than add guacamole to your bowl, order the small chips and guac and you’ll get more bang for your buck.
Impeccable customer service, flavorful food, and great price for portion size.
They had no cash to refund and when I tried using my card it was very confusing and the managers just watched me and the poor new girl struggle to try and figure it out. When the manager realized the line was starting to get backed up he finally decided to help. And to top it off the food was not fresh so I’m sick now. Thanks!
Wife hopped in to grab us a order to take home. She said it was quick, people were friendly, and our order was accurate. Can't really ask for more from Chipotle. No issues. Would recommend.
We waited in line 30+ minutes due to the manager being oblivious. There was a newer person working at the beginning and you could tell he was overwhelmed! The place was not clean and the majority of the staff had their masks below their noses or on their chins. The drink bar was trashed and not stocked. The food was good but we felt stuck because we had waited so long to order! There was enough staff to keep the line moving but that didn’t happen!
Every single time I come here there is a problem! The first time I came here their credit card machine was down and of course I had no cash! The second time I came (with cash in hand) they weren’t taking cash. The third time I came the line was out the door, four people behind the counter and only one was actually serving customers! Tonight I go in and they are out of queso, quacamole, shredded cheese, black beans and sour cream!! GET IT TOGETHER CHIPOTLE!! I will not be back!
