Hands down the best coffee shop I have ever been too! Went on a trip to Pigeon Forge and happened to stumble upon this GEM! I've ordered Black Rifle Coffee for a very long time, but I had no idea that this location had opened just a month before I stopped in! I would have came on opening day if I was paying attention! I will be visiting this wonderful and honest establishment everytime I roll through! Thank you to the staff and everything you stand for!And of course, thank you for the quality coffee! I love supporting fellow veterans, so we stopped in to get some refreshing drinks.The staff was super friendly and fast with our drinks!My iced coffee was delicious and my girlfriend’s iced white mocha was perfect too!The store has a great ambiance and as we we’re getting f ready to leave, the sitting are started to fill up.
Very clean, loved the decor, good displays with the different products, plus a nice counter set up for ordering drinks.The team seems to work well together and the service was very fast.It was a short visit but I enjoyed it.It's Starbucks' less feminine cousin.Finally.
We stopped for coffee prior to going out to stimulate the economy (aka going shopping.)The hubs said the coffee was excellent. He got a quad shot caramel latte. He was so happy with the coffee he got a 32 count pod box of the AK.I had a chai latte. Loved the spice! It has a wonderful spice mix. But the creamy factor wasn’t there for me. I could be wrong but it tasted like a powdered mix not a concentrate. Good but not great.We enjoyed the atmosphere - comfy chairs. Places to sit & chill. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Next time we are in town we will definitely be back!
The customer service at this coffee shop is Amazing! If you are in the area in Tennessee and you pass by one of these coffee shops, pull in and try their coffee. It's really good. My daughter had hot chocolate which was really good. I had the mocha coffee which was really good. And my son and nephew had an iced coffee with vanilla flavoring which was good. They also sell coffee beans for their coffee that you can buy. Also they have merchandise like t shirts to purchase as well. They have a nice spacious indoor seating area which we enjoyed while we waited for one of our friends.
My husband gets coffee shipped monthly. He likes to get the canned drinks when we come to pigeon forge. However, you don't get any points on your account when you purchase in store. Please fix that. He did not like the espresso mule. Very friendly staff.
My family LOVES their coffee. It is a great company with amazing employees. I wish there was a store in my city.
**A Must Stop Experience!**For freedom loving coffee enthusiasts no better place exists. With a well designed outside and inside you can tell this place stands for something great. Whether you are meeting one on one or in a large group their is plenty of space for almost any size party. They even offer drive through.As for the coffee. If you want a full throttle, fully loaded boost to your day this is the place for you! The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful in making a decision.Lots of mercy available for those who are wondering. It can get pricey but, when you keep in mind the company’s mission (go to their website) it’s worth the extra.All in all well worth the visit. American Made, America Strong!
Outstanding! Must try! The interior is beautiful and really cool! The staff here is amazing, very knowledgeable about their coffee and very friendly. The owners are Veterans and just all around good people. You couldn’t get a better combo. The coffee is delicious. They have a camo latte with mint flavor and it’s addictive. McKenzie, Destiny and Mariah were awesome too! This is a daily staple for me now.
I stopped in for coffee today and checked out the store. I had a cappuccino with vanilla and my husband had an iced vanilla draft. Restrooms were clean and staff was friendly. There was plenty of parking. They also had a nice selection of apparel and coffee.
