Terrible, generic ice cream that tastes like straight frozen sugar, won't take cash, and the cake cone was so stale my dog literally wouldn't and couldn't eat it and that's normally her favorite part! PLEASE go across the parkway to Cruze Farm or down the street to Marble Slab Creamery! (Wanted to support this great company and still don't mind giving them my money, but wish the product was better so I'd have gotten something in return!)
Great service here! You cannot go wrong with buying any flavor of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. When we bought our Ice cream my accedntly dropped his ice cream and staff was quick to make up another for him. Good job!
If you are new to Ben and Jerry's, it would be helpful to have some sort of guide to know what is in the ice cream. Buy it in the store, there is a description on the carton. Here, we had to ask. So instead of going through every flavor, we just settled for something that sounded familiar. With other options locally, we won't be back.
Long line. Staff seemed a tad over work, maybe an extra person helping them would've been better. The ice cream was ok, nothing special. The paper straws didn't hold up well and i got a splinter in my lip from the wooden spoon. ??♀️??♀️
Thank you for your help with finding the non dairy flavor I've been searching for! The store was clean and neat. Manager, Robert was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The ice cream is good but I recommend to get it at the store because it’s cheaper, overpriced paid $30 for small ice creams.
Brianna at the Tanger Outlet Ben&Jerry’s was so sweet, and made sure to treat us like family. I love it here. She deserves a raise.

Overrated ice cream. Mayfield is much better brand in East Tn or Blue Bell from TX.
In trying times as this, (Covid) I definitely need for all Ben & Jerry Employees to wear the Gloves provided for them while preparing orders. I made sure they were aware of this during my visit.
