Great quick stop for ice cream after Dollywood!
Used drive-thru. No complaints about employees or size of ice cream scoops. Ice cream just okay. I mainly experienced major sticker shock and I'm rarely shocked by anything. We ordered two waffle cones - each had two scoops of just okay ice cream - total (including taxes) was $18.06. Needless to say, we will not be returning!
I frequent your location, but that has come to an end as of today unless changes are made. I tried to use a Baskin-Robbins gift card I received for Christmas, and I was told your location does not accept gift cards because you are independently owned. As I was leaving (without my order) I saw the sign on the door stating you did not accept the gift cards, but that is irrelevant. If you have the sign that identifies you as Baskin-Robbins you should figure out a way to accept Baskin-Robbins gift cards!

Sold me a stale cake cone. Talked to manager said she knew it would possibility of being stale and have to sell anyway.

Cane in at 10 till closing time and was told they was closed. The workers were very rude and made smart comments when we told them it was still a few minutes untill 11. Lost some good business!!
