The worst fast food place ever. We came there 11:42pm and they had the vehicle in front of us sat at the drive through for over 15 mins to purposefully tell us at 11:57pm that they were closed when they actually closed at 12 am. The cashier was extremely rude, whoever worked on Friday, June 17 on Winfield Dunn Parkway, just fire her already. Overall poor customer service, it would’ve actually been my first time tasting Arbys and trust me after this experience I don’t ever want to try it again.
Very very bad customer service! Messed up our food we called to let them know and they hung up on us and wouldn’t answer the phone after they hung up on us!! Would never go to this arbys again!
Would have been great if I didn't have to go back in an ask for napkins. They should put in the bag automatically
Nice facility. Drive thru was backed up so went to the inside to order. Wait was reasonable. Ordered the french swiss dip sandwich with curly fries and a drink. Sandwich is like a poboy. Everything was fresh prepared perfectly. Service was friendly. Good visit!
I came thru the drive thru.... I had a coupon for 2 roast beef sandwiches for 5 00 .... she rang it up at 2 for 6.00 ... a manager realized when I questioned why it was 6.71. I asked why so much tax .... I told him I gave him the coupon.... he then gets the coupon and looks at it .. and then hands me the coupon back ... I told him that I wanted to usevthe coupon.... he says that it is to late because the transaction has been completed .... I know it is only a dollar .... but that is beside the point ...
This has become our favorite stop on our way into the Smokies. Consistently good food, nicely laid out, and strong service. Today, the store was very busy due to lunch rush on a holiday weekend and the Assistant Manager was running the register while also keeping a rein on the food going out. She was doing an amazing job and deserves recognition!
I usually order market fresh sandwiches which are delicious. This time I ordered a few wraps to take to work with me. Although they were delicious as well, all the ingredients were just piled in the middle of the wrap which left a lot of bare space.
We always get a Lg Jamocha Shake, which is always very thick and extremely delicious. The Servers at the Window are friendly, efficient and courteous.We also like the Caramel, chocolate and sea salt cookie, but it would be better if it had less Salt.
Giving 3 stars for friendly employees and clean restaurant. Otherwise, prices are still going up (which I know are partly due to the prices they pay for their products and supplies) although this has been way over-used by merchant's and restaurant's as well, smaller portions and a very big mistake taking the potato cakes away!!
Well as ur employee said when they didn’t know anyone was in the dining room, “this place smells like shit”. Ordered Mac and cheese it was cold so we asked for a fresh one. Received the same ole Mac and cheese barely nuked and still cold. Probably won’t return soon.
