Didn't even get an experience. Pulled up behind a truck they got their order. We had waited about 10 mins and no one ever came over the intercom. Not even to let us know if they had closed early which the hours listed here said they were open for 2 more hours and we literally watched the vehicle in front of us get food.
Very tasty! They weren't open for dining inside, which stinks. But the food was still good and the fresh root beer was the best
Asked for no pickle...had pickle. Only drive thru open and not slammed. Chicken Sliders was old tasting. Fries were fresh and Root Beer always great!
the girl taking our order was pretty rude. asked what kind of sauces they had and told us we had to ask at the window and told us to pull forward. wether we were done ordering or not isn’t the point. the fact that she didn’t ask to make sure shows some poor service for a place that has some great reviews. but fact is, we were NOT done ordering. didn’t have a chance to say it either. it doesn’t matter how busy you are, show good customer service.if she can’t handle her job then maybe she shouldn’t be working the window…
The food quolity is excellent. The employees are friendly. The comes out fresh and ok n a timely manner would recommend the place to anyone. I especially recommend the hand breaded yes I said hand breaded chicken tenders. I had to ask.
Unfortunately I have never received good food or service at this location. I swore off the place over a year ago but decided to give it another try this evening. Ordered the cod slider tray, told they were out of sliders so they substituted a cod fish sandwich- totally inedible it's like it was sitting around since lunch. Someone really needs to do some quality control.
The staff is amazing. It has really improved from 2 years ago. I always get cheese curds and they never disappoint! Sometimes you do have to wait a bit in line but I'm fine with that.
Normally a pretty solid place. And I know staffing issues are plaguing everyone. But if you’re not actually opening at 10 you need to update the signs at your place of business.
We tried A&W because we don't have one around where we love. We weren't disappointed. The burgers were good. The saracha cheese curds were yummy and the fries, I thought better than wendy’s, burger kind and hardee’s. The price was on point.
Just stopped in for a great root beer,, wonderful staff
