Placed an order through door dash and it said will deliver in 30 min after over 1 hour waiting I called the driver and he said that they are backed up and not making any orders then they closed the store without completing my order, the only reason I ordered because I was hungry and after they wasted my time for 1:30 hrs they canceled my order. The staff should be fired or this location should shutdown
went thru the drive thru at 8:30 p.m. and I tried ordering 3 baconators she asked me what size single double or triple I told her what ever the $7.29 is the young lady ask me again what size I then told her what ever size the $7.29 was she then gets a older lady on the speaker and I was asked the same thing a third time I repeated my self which ever one is $7.29 then the lady said there was a description on the board I said I don’t see it all I see is a baconator , the meal and son of the baconator then she said that is the double I said what is the double and she said the baconator I said that is what I been saying. then she told me to take my business to arby’s so I pulled up to the the window and asked for the food i ordered and she told to leave that I yelled at the young lady she heard me on the earpiece. I said I never yelled at her she said I’ll call the cops I said go ahead then she calls the cops and tell them that I cursed at her employees she keep lying to the person on the phone I said that you are lying she shut the window so I couldn’t hear her and then the cop pulls up asked what happened I explain and then he spoke to the older lady and she told a bunch of lies not even what she told the operator on the phone. he told me that I had to leave because he couldn’t make them serve me and I said I want you to know that everything she said was a complete lie he said there is your side her side and a third side. I left but it was really bothers me that this older lady can just be rude to customers and then tell a complete lie to make it sound good for her because she called the police.
Normally it’s a 50/50 7/10 times on if you get the correct order or not and if you get a rude attitude from the window however, the very friendly and welcoming attitude of Mary at the window on May 1 2022 is the reason I’ll be be back again. Today’s customer service or lack there of is sickening to say the least so I am beyond thankful for Mary and her professionalism and courtesy. Mary needs a raise, i feel she is the reason this Wendy’s has repeat business. Several others in today’s food industry need to be fired and many places i do not go back to because of of the lack of customer service however thanks to Mary I will come back to this Wendy’s time and time again. Thanks again.
We stopped in to this Wendy's in Pigeon Forge today for a quick lunch. The staff was awesome and seemed to really enjoy helping people. The food was fresh and served fast through the drive-thru. ...and they thought our puppy was cute!
The food was good and reasonably priced for what it is. The reason for 3 stars was for the wait. We ordered online but the only option to use was the drive through for pickup. We waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes before getting to the window only to be headed someone else's food.
Louise at the drive thru window was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in retail. She literally opened the window yelling. I had not spoken one word yet or done anything to provoke her. I had placed a mobile order, the funds had been taken out of my bank account and she refused to fill the order because it was one minute after closing, even though I had placed the order before closing and had sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes waiting on it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!
Would give 0 stars if it were an option. They need to fire everyone working tonight and hire a whole new staff. Placed an online order to avoid the drive thru only to have the inside closed early for no reason. So I pull to the line that is all the way out into the street and call inside to ask if I walk to the door if someone could run my order out to be cut off before I can even finish speaking. I sit in line not even exaggerating 1 hour. I get to the speaker finally and ask that my order be fresh to be told "mobile orders are sent through immediately after placing that my food has already been prepared and has been waiting." So I say that I know it has been made I was supposed to pick it up 40 minutes ago at that time I just want to ensure after they made me sit through that long wait that my food is hot. I get to the window they hand me my food immediately my fries are fresh my burgers are ICE cold. They forgot straws so I couldn’t even drink my drinks until I got to my hotel. They forgot also my dipping sauces. So my kids had bland COLD nuggets with no sauce. Would avoid this place at all cost I wouldn’t have even waited the awful wait time had I not paid in advance. Would’ve never recommend this location to anyone.
Mary was AMAZING! Answered all of our questions, super helpful and patient, double checking everything before handing it out to us. Bags with napkins, utensils, every order came out exactly as we ordered. Sweet, kind welcoming demeanor! And with 10 cars behind us! After a long day of bad service she was the best part of our night!
After entering the lobby behind a GrubHub deliverer and seeing them get there to go order without question, I was yelled at and told the lobby was closed (even though the door was unlocked). I tried to explain that I was delivering for UberEATS and I also had a to go order. The store manager then replies " I don't care what you're here for. Our lobby is closed. Can't you read the sign? I don't care if you're with UberEATS or not. You have to get in line with everyone else in drive thru." I continued to proceed to drive thru, where I sat for well over an hour (only 4 or 5 cars in front of me). They were only taking one order at a time and not taking the next order until the customer at the window had there stuff and was leaving. Then when I finally get to the window to get my order the manager says "Well this has been ready for pickup for over an hour!" The employees (especially the manager woman) we're very unprofessional and rude. I rate this restaurant -5 stars. Unless some changes are made, I don't plan on going (or referring anyone else to) this restaurant. This place doesn't need to be called a restaurant.
