Very bad service! Pizza was cold. Burnt and very hard. No selection other than pepperoni. Very expensive! Long lines!! Will not be going back!!

Gentlemen making pizza order's apparently dosen't like his job or just didn't want to be there. He had a very poor additude..

I was really disappointed in the pizza. It does not look anything like the pictures displayed. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and a personal cheese pizza for my older daughter. Both pizzas looked very crispy/ slightly burnt. The crust was a cracker crust. I tried a small slice. It was definitely not worth what I paid. I paid over $23 for both meals.

The pizza was way over priced and no good you would be better off to sell frozen pizza ?

The food itself was good. Obviously overpriced, but that's expected at a theme park in general. The service REALLY lacked. They were extremely busy, and it was complete chaos in there. We needed 3 kids meals, but I was standing there for 15 minutes waiting for 2 more to be put together and that never happened. The ice was gone, so the drinks weren't cold. Because of this I wouldn't recommend going here. There was no system to organizing the food whatsoever. Not a good first impression. I was hoping for better as this was our first time, even if we had to wait longer to make sure things were a little more organized I would have been fine with that. The kid getting food prepared saw me standing there knowing I was waiting on a kids meals but didn't make anymore.

Great little restaurant especially if your waiting to get on the Dollywood Express train.

Not bad. Food is made up, boxed, and under heat lamps. Rotates out fast so was still pretty good.

A lot of $ for two ppl to eat

Not so sure I get the 3.8 out of 5 stars rating....The pizza is below average in taste and the same for the pretzel bread sticks. I know it is an amusement park (and we have been many times to Dollywood) but we got 4 dinks, 3 flat bread style thin crust pizzas (all cheese) and a kids meal. The kids meal is half of a pizza and an apple sauce with a juice box. The price for this meal was $72 and some change. Then on top of this the lady at the register was extremely rude to us. I understand they have long hard days and I feel for them but this was at 5pm and they only had 2 other families eating at the time we were there. They both had already gotten their food so the stress level of long lines and a mad rush was not there. We will continue to go to Dollywood but not Victoria’s Pizza.

Limited options but still very good pizza
