I ordered pasta for take out and there weren't any utensils in the bag. I returned only to be told THEY DID NOT HAVE UTENSILS FOR TAKE OUT!?!?!? The rude hostess smirked when I asked how am I supposed to eat the food they sold me with no utensils. The manager came by and explained due to supply issues they do not have any....as a business owner it seems like a poor planning issue! Thankfully a very nice guy managed to find at least 1 pack for me so it worked out.
WAY TO GO CHRISTINE! We were having the WORST day possible and were hungry and beyond stressed. We came in here to get something to eat and were nicely greeted by the hostess. We sat in Christine's section and she quickly greeted us and brought us our drinks. She was super nice and so sweet about getting our orders in correctly and fast. The food came out insanely quick and tasted DELICIOUS! Our experience here with Christine and the great food completely turned our bad attitudes around! We will definitely be back on our next trip!
Great food, as usual. I enjoy their signature bourbon glazed chicken. Our server was amazing. She was also our bartender and was very knowledgeable about menu items and drinks. I definitely recommend this location.
Very good service - fast, friendly and efficient, and staff members were all helpful and smiley. We were seated immediately, were able to order instantly, and food and drinks arrived quickly. Refill drinks were replenished at a rapid rate without us having to ask. The food was very good, and one of us had requested a small alteration to their meal, which was carried out perfectly. Overall this was a great experience, although it can't be five stars as we feel that prices should be a little cheaper - the appetizers in particular were most definitely overpriced, and a few of the mains were overly expensive too.
The food was better than expected, but that's where the fun ends. Our server was very friendly, but they neglected us and seemingly forgot about us. It's surprising how slow service was, as there were few customers. That was ultimately the reason we visited anyways; the other restaurants were loaded with the usual tourists. They had plenty of help as well. Anyhow, the burger I ordered was exactly what I wanted... loaded with cheese. As absurd as it sounds, burgers are better with mozzarella cheese sticks.
Amazing, well fed and our family of 5 ( plus our baby who got only a side of mashed potatoes for himself lol ) were well fed. Well accompanied, food was amazing, staff was polite and professional, fast service, and not so expensive. 100 for everything we wanted Definitely will go back!
Ordered ribs, shrimp, broccoli and mashed potatoes. When they brought my food to the table it had a large amount of hair on my food, so much hair that it seemed intentionally. I did not eat or reorder anything after that. My husband got 12 hot wings, French fries , sweet tea and I got a mixed drink and it cost $29.00. Way too pricey and the service was not that good. Wish I could rate them a 0.
Love me some T.G.I Fridays now let me tell ya! The ribs is banging. The burgers are off the chain and those stiff drinks be on point. I usually do a place here and there but loose interest fast. But I always enjoy my time at T.G.I Fridays.
Got food poisoning from the Philly cheese steak egg rolls. 11 dollars for 5 microwaveable dollar store egg rolls(that were frozen). 4 dollars for chips and salsa that are free at any Mexican restaurant. Highly recommend staying away from this location ?
Sad. People are great, but to pay THAT much for THOSE wings is very disturbing. The ramekin was bigger than the wing. That's 16 wings - a large order for $19.NOTE: Management reached out to me today apologizing and offering a free wing app. They were just as disappointed as I, and I applaud the team for addressing a guest concern. I didn't want anything free, just wanted to make someone in leadership aware.
