steaks under cooked and some over cooked, cold baked potatoes, very disappointed! not going back to this location

Visited on a Thursday evening. Put our name in via Mobile Waitlist and were seated (party of 6) almost immediately once we arrived.Our server was very friendly and attentive. She was great with our 7 year old and brought plenty of peanuts and rolls for our party.Drinks, salads, and meals were all brought out relatively quickly and tasted great. Steaks were cooked as they should (medium-rare and medium).I would recommend any fan of Texas Roadhouse or anyone in the mood for a good steak and good service to visit this location.
Great meal after a big day at Dollywood. Downloaded the app and was able to get right on the wait list. When we arrived we sat within 5 mins. Amanda was our server and she did a great job. She was very energetic and was a joy. We enjoyed our food and drinks. Probably will visit again next time in town.
The food, prices and staff are amazing at this location! As soon as we walked in, the staff was extremely friendly. We ordered an appetizer and it was out within about 4-5 minutes. I overheard a conversation between employee’s that they were short staffed and let me say that this was some of the best service and food I’ve had in a long time. If they were short staffed, they did a phenomenal job given that circumstance. You would have never known.Huge props for the food quality, service and overall atmosphere of this location at Pigeon Forge. I’ll definitely be back and appreciate the great experience!
One of the best Servers I’ve ever had. Gave my friend and I recommendation on the Alcoholic drinks we really appreciated it if not we would have definitely been stuck on what to get. I believe her Name was Red I’m not to sure tho could be wrong she keep checking in on us. Definitely 10/10 suggest asking for her when you visit this Texas RoadHouse.
The staff and food was pretty good. We didn't have to wait long to be seated. Our server was nice. We had a couple of issues. I asked for a cup of hot water and the cup had a stain or food smudge on it. I asked another server walking by if he could get me another and he said I would have to wait for my server. My steak was not cooked the way I ordered it. Our server was nice and resolved both issues.
The food was wonderful; however, service not so much. We spent most of our meal with empty drink glasses. We had to stop her just to get our ticket. The hostess was beyond rude as she did not greet just asked for number in party and stand by a number.Yes, go for the food and hope for better service.The picture is appetizers, Potato Skins, and Fried Pickles.
Found this Texas Roadhouse location on Google Maps. I did the online check in and it said there was a 20-30 wait. When we got there all I had to do was test Here back to them & wait 5 minutes before they texted me to come on in. We were sitting at a table and ordering less than 10 minutes from arriving. All the staff were friendly and the food was good. My Ribeye had just a little too much seasoning for me, but a little ketchup took care of that. The salad was very good along with the rolls. Overall, this was a pretty good place to eat.
