Closes randomly. This has been going on for a very long time at this location. Just placed web order and showed up and location closed. Now my money is in limbo for 24 hrs. Not happy.Do something about this location! It sucks! New management? New crew? Do something!
Workers don’t listen. Didn’t ring up half my order. I mean were you just blatantly ignoring me? Pretty sure I was talking the whole time. Don’t know how you could’ve missed an entire freaking order unless you just weren’t paying attention. Out of pizzas, toasted cheddars, fries, diet Baja blast, literately everything. Place is an absolute joke.
First, they double charged me. So I’ll be disputing that with my bank.Second, the food was disgusting. I didn’t get anything that I had ordered, they just gave me a bunch of bean and rice burritos, and to make matters worse, the rice was still crunchy.They acted like it was just a chores to serve customers food-but it’s their job. ?
Out of crispy chicken, Baja blast, and lemonade. Barely any spicy sauce on spicy potato soft taco. Chipotle chicken melt nothing like the picture, just rolled up chicken and cheese. Proportions were way off on everything, low meat, high sour cream, high lettuce. 2nd star was for cleanliness and fast friendly service, otherwise, would be 1 star.
It was good! The man took time to explain their delivery truck was running late and let us know everything they were out of but luckily our orders are very basic so we could get everything we wanted except lettuce on our tacos. The service was great despite them being out of many things.
Worst taco bell in my life. We set 14 min in line just for them to serve one car. I wouldn't recommend going here. Not satisfied. 30 min wait time in a fast food line. With 2 cars not cool need better staff.
This is the worst tacobell in the area. The taco shells are often stale, they barely put and cinnamon on the twists, the chalupas are rubbery, and the mango tea is always watered down. They also close hours before the posted time. Recently they stopped letting people pick up mobile orders at the drive thru which is a level of managerial incompetence that I just can't support any longer.
Took them 30 minutes just for 3 soft tacos and there weren't even busy
Service was incredibly awful. We have a service animal and they told us to leave because dogs are not allowed inside, we had told them that she is a certified service animal but they still didn’t care. The food took forever to make and it tasted awful, the whole place was very dirty. Our dog was sitting still and quiet bothering no one. Not to mention no one was in the store, once we were almost done eating an employee came up and told us to leave and then started an argument with my family, the manager cussed at us and was beyond rude to everyone in the restaurant including fellow employees.
Terribly slow, accused our Uber eats driver of stealing our food when they didn’t even put the right drinks in the order. Took a hour. And uhm let’s see the food tasted horrible.
