Six months ago, we visited this Sweet Frog location. However, over half of the frozen yogurt dispensers were empty or out of order. But we gave them another opportunity with our spring vacation. The manager was very hospitable, only one dispenser was empty, and all of the condiments were stocked. With consistent value such as this, we are sure to return to this Sweet Frog location!
The first time we went was ok I guess except that they only had like 2 working flavors & it was like chocolate & vanilla. Really overpriced. Then we drove an hr because it said it was open, we arrived & they shut the door in out face an hour early. Very disappointed!
They had a no sugar added as well as savory toppings!! Thank you!! Lots of great tasty choices of froyo and toppings. Very friendly service!
Very disappointed. Some of the machines were pulled out. A bunch were not even labeled. You had to just guess what it was. There was a sign on the door that said they weren’t accepting gift cards. Which was fine. But we had a coupon and they refused it, claiming they weren’t accepting those either. They had absolutely no souvenirs like they’ve had in years past. Aside from that, the frozen yogurts we got were pretty good.
Very good selection of yogurt icecream. Just one thing that the price was very expensive 11.00 dollars for a 12oz cup that was half full?? with a local discount.
Great atmosphere and good yogurt. They take covid precautions with the gloves. My 5 year old visited for the first time and now he wants a gift card and to visit all the time.
Had some great selections. Would def recommend mixing up flavors. I made a peanut butter and jelly flavored yogurt. Added a few complimentary items. It was my 1st time going. Nice atmosphere. Had a lots of brochures for people that were just visiting. It was our last day there, but it would have been helpful. Tip for the next visit. Def Would recommend.
they only had like 6 flavors, the rest of the machines were pulled out or not labeled. most of the tables were dirty, none of the staff was friendly or greeted us. 0 customers inside, and I can see why.
Delicious, but after we paid for our yogurt we were told we could not dine inside. It was 9:30. Sign says they do not close until 10:30. There were 2 other groups ahead of us that were allowed to dine in. So with a 4 year old and a 6 year old we had to eat in the truck. Not a good experience.
The store and counter was dirty. There was a choice of only 6 ice creams and the two people working were in the back on a computer doing I don't know what. The girl was nice but all the other stuff made it less pleasing.
