ordered a 12" CALI FRESH TURKEY SUB and a 12" CALI FRESH STEAK SUB they advertise they both come with "smashed advocado", neither had any advocado. That was the whole point of ordering and the main selling point. My card was charged $37.75. That is a lot of money for "Subway" sandwiches and more than what the total charge appeared to be when I placed the order.
Really bad hand hygiene. The man went from laying down the meat, to placing the veggies without changing his gloves once. They were all crumpled and sweaty around his hands like he hadn’t changed them forever, and there was juice from the meat left in the gloves as he mixed the lettuce around. Then he went and open the toaster, got more bread, made more sandwiches without changing his gloves again. The kicker was when he opened the bread and loudly coughed all over the bread. My husband and I had bought sandwiches and the more I thought around how gross the whole encounter was, we decided to just throw them away. I should have said something while we were there.. the sandwiches were badly prepared anyway, and nobody knew how to close the sandwich, everything was left just hanging out of the bread. Bad experience.
I had a sadwhich with hard black rocks almost broke my teeth.. love subway first time this ever happened must be location or staff

i made a online order for 11:05 got off work at 11pm got to store to pick up my order older man had my order order bagged and ready to go i ordered the buffalo foot long and sweet onion chicken teriyaki specified on the request for the buffalo foot long for bread to be untoasted and the meat heated and for the sweet onion chicken teriyaki to be lightly toasted . also paid 1.00 extra for extra meat on both foot longs . got home and unwrapped both foot longs they was burnt and hard there was no extra meat like i paid for the buffalo foot long remind you that was supposed to be untoasted was burnt and hard 22 bucks badly wasted will never return to this location again the older man wasnt very friend if you hate your job that bad find something else or retire . i work in hospitality and guest come first you dnt make it the way you want it should be the way that the guest request .
the lady completely made both sandwich’s wrong and barely gave me any veggies when i ordered extra… she also put mustard on my sandwich instead of honey mustard… how hard can it be to read a ticket. Remy or however you spell her name is also rude af when i called to tell her she ruined my whole sandwich she said do you want it replaced i said tomorrow and she hung up didn’t take my name order or anything just hung up on me when i called back to ask her how they will know to remake my sandwich she threw the phone down and kept doing other things she literally doesn’t care about her job.
Corporate needs to give the workers more time for app orders. Not fair to customer in line that has to wait for the poor guy working 3rd shift gets 11 sandwich orders and people just walked out not liking the way it has to be done. The app cuts the line when you only have one person working. Then you have door dash orders that cut the line to. Equates to horrible customer service by policy's of corporate instructions. I will not be visiting any subway for a year as my boycott. No offer for the extra 15 minutes wait do to apps getting preferred treatment. I should have left. Now I will just go to other sandwich shops. Subway you suck corporate restructuring definitely needed... Horrible policies...
Not good...lettuce was brown. Food was cold...the dude only said 2 words to us
I wish I would have gotten the ladies name that was working, but she was AMAZING! Not only did she have 5 to go orders when we arrived and 5 people in front of us, with probably a total of 25+ sandwiches, she never once was rude or frustrated.
Great, very busy store handle the crowd well. Excellent Turkey sandwich.
