Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience. This shop isn't a corporate store but I didn't think that equated to zero quality. First, the blender goes down when I order, then the cold brews. On top of that, I have to plead with the boomer "barista" to put two measly shots of expresso in my basic b!tch iced coffee. Not because of a price issue, but her own dilemma of too much caffeine. I want my coffee and this isn't the place for it. Apparently just broken junk and a lecture about caffeine use.
Website said they close at 9pm daily. Walk in about 7:53. They turn their exterior lights off AS I am walking up then tell me they're closed. :(
Supposed to be open until 9pm. Stopped in at 7:30 - they were cleaning up and woman said they were closed.... Very disappointing!
I'm giving 3 stars because I like the people who work there. But they are always out of stuff, and if there are more than 2 people in line you're going to be waiting a while. They usually only have 1-3 people working, often with some of them on break or stocking things.Rant: They aren't allowed to accept tips because they work at Food City, which is super lame. Tips are not only incentive to provide better customer service, it allows the customer to directly reward the barista for making their complicated specialized drinks. But that wouldn't be fair to the underpaid grocery workers.In sum, if you want Starbucks coffee it's there, but it is a shell of what Starbucks used to be.
The insane amount of tourists overcrowd this location. Since they’re always busy and understaffed, the drinks usually come out made sloppy and gross. They have their drive thru closed 90% of the time. They also turn off mobile ordering 90% time, making the inside even busier. Doesn’t make any sense. Ever since this location came under new management it has went downhill. I never even go here anymore because I know it’s a waste of time and money. If you want a good drink, I recommend going to the highway 66 location. They stay busy there too, but at least they keep the drive thru and mobile orders open. Seems like they have MUCH better management.

Very costly for a coffee but ever bit worth every penny. Amazing service and friendly staff. Exceptional beverage makers..it was delicious.
No Starbucks, do not waste your time.
Doesn't have a full Starbucks. No venti white mocha or two other types of drinks we order. Maybe they were just out but they need to order white mocha for sure.
Drink was fine. Customer service could have been friendlier. All the customers were patient and polite, not rushing the 2 workers & then a 3rd joined in and took down the whole atmosphere.
