I have literally never seen a Starbucks that was so poorly run in all of my life. Put in a mobile order at 9:45am and did not get drinks until 10:30am. Was also told that they were out of oatmeal (despite the app saying they had it) and that they were unable to give me a refund. There were at least 30 other customers in the building all waiting on mobile orders and none of the staff seemed to be doing anything. Just an AWFUL starbucks. Do yourself a favor and go to the one down the street in the Food City.
The service is terrible. One of the employees was cleaning up water that was spilled and making my drink at the same time. Not only that, she even made my drink wrong. Will not come again.
Very busy but great coffee
Went inside to get some coffee while I was waiting for my wife in another store. Couldn't get waited on because the drive through was busy. I tried asking a couple times if I could get a cup but no one would even speak to me. I'll never stop there again!
They’re only open 8-11. I guess whenever they’re done “restocking” they open back up for 2 hours? They close at 2:30? Why can’t they can stock and eat then?????
We arrived at 2:45 for them to tell us they closed at 2:30 when all sources online say they close at 8.
Here we go again. This Starbucks is also making up their own hours. Pandemic has made people lazy and can’t even fulfill the hours that corporate has made. Losing money. I wouldn’t recommend. You can’t get your coffee, ridiculous.
Little Cheaper than the strip Starbucks, but you do have to go inside.
I wish the other Starbucks in the area where even open and I wish the employees were as pleasant as the woman that works the counter at the Starbucks in Kroger, thank you for being a happy person!
