I ordered a regular drink from the menu that's actually advertised heavily in the app and they acted like they didn't know how to make it, it took them truly forever to make my drink, like so long we had a full conversation with the person at the drive thru about life and when my drink came it was made wrong. Disappointing when you spend so much for a drink that's advertised and they don't know how to make it.
I went to this location two mornings this weekend. The first morning I ordered an iced mocha and was given a white chocolate iced mocha and I had also ordered a breakfast sandwich which was given to me completely frozen. The next morning I pre ordered the same two items and quickly received my breakfast sandwich. 45 minutes later I still had not received my drink. There were probably 20 drinks on the counter with no one there to pick them up. I complained along with many others, there were probably 30 people standing waiting on their orders. The lady next to me had waited an hour. They started to make my drink and, again, they started up a white iced mocha, I corrected them and it had to be restarted. The manager did a lot of pointless talking at people using their names and telling them nothing and was not helping to do anything when they were so obviously busy and overwhelmed. Employees were being shuffled around to different areas because performance reviews were being done at the worst possible time of the day (9:30-10:30 am Saturday, April 16, 2022). I will not be returning to that location. It is very, very poorly run. There was not even so much as an apology offered either morning.
I was having trouble signing into the Starbucks app and was fumbling around at the counter (shame on me, I know). The cashier helped me get signed back in, took my order, got my Been There mug, and I was out in under 10 minutes. Best part was how kind and patient the staff were. If I could give 10 stars for their smiles and kindness alone, I would!
The staff was so happy and enthusiastic very good atmosphere and our drinks were perfect. Excellent location
Sorry terrible experience I travel all over the eastern part of United States I was canceled the minute I walked in by Emma evidently they don’t like middle-age fat white guys eat breakfast with my family still waiting on a drink nothing is an order it looks like chaos and I think it is. Corey helped us get the drink after over 30 minutes.
Terrible, waited almost an hour for 4 coffees that came out 5-10 minutes after the first, (2 of the 4 were wrong)There were atleast 35 people waiting inside for their coffees. Employees were more focused on fulfilling online orders than they were the people in front of them, heard them say multiple times “online order came through, get it done first”I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
I like that pink drink an awful lot. It's daggum tasty.I need uh girlfriend that works there to bring me some of that good stuff.I'm kidding.Mostly.That pink drink needs to be on tap at the gas stations, bars, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Wal-Marts, ever'where. The orders are always quick and if there is any wait time, it's not bad at all.Kindness goes a long way and that's all I've been treated with. Thanks, employees of the Bucks of Stars.I'm proud of you.
One of the only stand alone Starbucks in the area. Drive through is closed at random and the store is closed about half the times I visit. Seems like a staffing issue (management issue).
Feb 1, 2022. So slow! I counted ten employees and three total customers. So why did we wait 20 minutes for two lattes!? The product was normal Starbucks but service was not good.
Drive through is literally never open and that’s even if the actual store is open it’s to the point of ridiculous and it’s not like I ever go super early 9:00am??? Poor management? Poor district management? Something
