Fast, freshly cooked food. Great drinks. No complaints. ?? ??

I never give reviews but this was the worst customer experience I’ve maybe ever had (I’m in my 50’s). We waited about 10 minutes at the menu board in the drive through with only one car ahead of us. I had to keep saying “hello” and she would slowly then answer “I’ll be with you in a minute.”We order and get to the window. After about 3 or 4 minutes, a very sweet girl opens the window to take our money and give us our drinks. She apologized and explained to tell us it’s her first day. We say - no problem! You are doing a great job.6 or 7 minutes later - no food. We knock on the window and a new lady says please be patient we areWorking on your order now. No problem. 7 or 8 minutes later I have to knock on the window again. Same lady opens. She says “we are bagging it now”. Closes the window. 5 minutes later - I have to knock again because we are going to be late for our appointment and say can we just take whatever you have that is ready. She shoves the bags in my face and says - “there are only 3 people working in here”. And slams the window in my face.My daughter now is having abdominal issues a couple of hours after eating. So something was also wrong with the food.So - after about 35-40 minutes sitting in the drive through line (only one other car there - wonder why?) we would highly NOT recommend.

Waited 20 minutes in a bay until someone told us it was drive thru only. Then tried to order thru the app and it charged our card but showed nothing selected on our order. Had to wait another 20 minutes to get to the drive thru speaker/window. Once we got there they took our order and were super nice about it. However multiple corn dogs were burnt and the chicken sandwich was incorrect. One of the shakes also had some slimy brown mass in it that could possibly be worms (picture posted). Not a good experience.

I sure do love when all I can taste is black charr after paying $20 for a meal that should have been $7, but apparently if you order on door dash, you have to purchase each item in a meal separately… do better ??‍♀️

I would like to have given the Sonic a higher score. This location made you use the drive through window. Which was an inconvenience for us. We were participating in a Zoom conference. So we wanted to let my son push the button and order his food.It worked itself out.... But it would have been so much easier not to have had to place ourselves on mute to order at the window.Other than that..... Food was just as expected

This place needs some help to be honest. Some of the screens were not working, the drive thru was shut down, and some of the stalls were shut off. I’m sure it may be because of staffing issues, but those were still things I noticed. Order accuracy is fair. An item we ordered wasn’t in the bag, but something we didn’t order was in the bag. Overall, not bad but not a great experience either.

Worst Sonic literally ever. We figured they were short staffed due to people leaving left and right without being served. No one was responding to the red buttons. We waited 20 minutes without service. We then decided to leave and as leaving we saw 5-6 people inside working so unaware as to why they weren’t serving customers and whose food they were making because someone no one was getting waited on? Definitely going down hill.

Would actually give a -0 rating. Wanted to order food was asked if we were picking up door dash, we said no we wanted to order, were told couldn't order at that menu board - door dash pick up only! Why no signage to alert customers door dash pick up only? because the drive through lane was backed up and not moving we had to wait about 10-15 mins for cars to finally move so we could back out. Was a very bad experience, thankful we won't be trying that Sonic in Pigeon Forge TN in the future!!!!!!!!

Every single kiosk is out. Drive through only or order via the app. As someone who was looking to park for a few and eat while traveling this was not what was expected of a normal sonic. At least advertise it's drive through only and kiosks are closed on the billboard.

This place has been pretty poor for at least the past 2 years. They seem well staffed but nobody either can or wants to let you use the bays. Drive thru only and no messages on the stalls to let you know until you order. Our food was made decently fast.
