I was really wanting Mexican food so we chose to eat here. The entrance to the parking lot is kind of hard to get to because its located on a busy street. Once we made it in the parking lot it is very small and tight. The decor and aroma of authentic Mexican food was welcoming. The salsa and chips were delicious I had to ask for more it was that good. We ordered our drinks and my glass had a crack on the rim. I honestly don't think our server was paying attention because he seemed as if he had other things on his mind. I asked for another glass and a lady quickly changed it out for me. Our food was delicious so five stars for that, but our waiter was not attentive to our needs. He never came to check on us to see if we needed anything else or if everything was good I had to keep calling for him to come back to our table. Food was great service from the male waiter not so good.
The restaurant was half full, but the hostess at the door told us that the kitchen was busy behind (which is fine). However, she said had to wait outside.... but there were 3 Large tables, 2 booths, 3 small tables and so on availible and cleaned off. So we all left. We didnt want to wait outside by the door when we could have been seated and had drinks while we waited.
We stopped here on a Saturday night to have dinner. We walked in and noticed empty tables, which was exciting because it is SO BUSY in Pigeon Forge! The hostess said, "Our kitchen is really backed up, can you wait 10-15 minutes?" We totally understand and said that would be fine. My parents and youngest went to use the restroom and I pointed at the empty tables and said, "We can at least sit down while we wait right?" (REMINDER: There were several empty tables for us to sit at, as you will see in the picture.) She said, "No, you can go sit outside and wait." I said, "We have to wait outside?! You have empty tables." She rolled her eyes, closed her eyes, and got an attitude and said, "No, you wait outside." Um byyyye! Table of 6 HUNGRY people, you just lost $150 easily!

Waited over an hour for take out. Was told 15 minutes. No apology. Avoid if you value your time. Not enough staff. Food was good but really not worth the wait.
Wow! Who would have expected to find such tasty authentic Mexican food in this tourist mecca. it get 10 out if 10! Especially good - the Shrimp del Diablo and the Carne Asada - but that's all we had. If I lived here I'd be there all the time!
First time eating here. Came in for lunch and had no wait, reasonably priced choices, fast service, and received food quickly. The salsa was good, not too spicy, chips were warm. I had a burrito, enchilada, rice and beans all with white cheese sauce on them and it was delicious. I would recommend this place for lunch. Family friendly and bright atmosphere.
Our food and drinks were delicious. Best Mexican we’ve had in a long time. The servers were great as well. Highly recommend.
Great Food & Great Service! With all the big names in town that come with a big price tag, this diamond in the rough was refreshing. The food was fresh and had great flavor! We ordered the Chicken Chimichanga and El Pastor Street Tacos.
Wonderful dining. Awesome server Yulissa. Food was delicious and well priced. Entire staff very helpful and never had a need that was'nt met. Will be back!!
