Great flight / taste of beer. Jasmine was a great waitress. Appetizer, sausage and cheese platter excellent. I prefer the Helles beer light with citrus and floral hops.Busy upfront 20 min wait for Two but we’ll worth it.
This restaurant is one of our favorites when in the area. We had a bit of a wait, as they were busy. but we sat outside and were notified when our table was ready. We were shown to our table and given menus. Our server was Richie, and boy, did we hit the jackpot in servers. He took our drink orders, along with our appetizer order. He was busy with large parties and many tables but he kept watch over all his customers. He kept our drink filled, and our food coming in a timely manner. We ordered a couple of pizzas that were great. Without asking, he brought us takeout boxes. He multitasked the best I have ever seen. The beer, food and service were all excellent. Management...take care of Richie! He is an asset for you.
This place is awesome! You get six 5oz flights for $7! You can get upto ten for $11. How can you beat that bargain to be able to try all the beers? The sausage and cheese appetizer plate was so good and filled us up too! Definitely a cool place to stop if you're visiting the area.
Great burgers, fantastic beer and you can't beat the price!! I had the Cherokee Red and then a 3pc sampler of beer, really good. I picked the Brewhouse burger with fries, like a big Mac on Steroids but 100% better. The Mrs had a Smokehouse Burger with tots.
Food and service was great. It’s just really loud in the restaurant. Music was also turned up. They swipe your credit card table side which is nice.
This was my first time going to this restaurant. Some of my family went last year and enjoyed it, so they wanted to go back. The waitress was a good waitress & the food was good, but to me the music was too loud. There was live music. I think it could of been toned down some. We were not even sitting up close & it was too loud for me. Of course, some may love it loud. I did enjoy my philly cheesesteak & the others enjoyed their meal too. We did receive our food quickly. I will not rate it as the best restaurant due to the music being too loud. I am sure my family will go back in the future, but not me. I rate 4 out of 5 stars. Side note: There were a group of 30 waiting when we got there. It was a little boys ball team & parents. After they waited as long as they did, they were told they could not accommodate them. It really frustrated the parents & I am pretty sure they lived in the area too. They left frustrated. Why weren't they told up front they couldn't be accommodated before they waited like they did. It made me feel bad to see them so disappointed not getting to eat and this was 10 at night, and they stay open till midnight, but most places are closed at 9 or 10pm.
The only reason I have this a 4/5 was the hostess stand. Our food and server were excellent. We had a party that was larger, and the hostess told us to try Calhouns because they couldn’t seat us together. No issue we assured them, we were okay to break up. Oh no…not until the whole party of 20 people were crammed into the lobby. It was not particularly busy, but they certainly were not seeking customers. We had wings, pizzas and salads. All brought out nicely by the weight staff. Our server was outstanding and he was busting his butt and the food was great. I think the hostess needs to be a bit friendlier and someone that would be appropriate when dealing with customers. Surely couldn’t have been the only large party to ever walk in.
While on vacation in Pigeon Forge, we stopped in for dinner. Kenny was our waiter and he was outstanding! He made the perfect food suggestions and was very chatty. He told us the best places to go while visiting. The food was great and the service even better!
We had Kenny as our server and let me tell you! This gentleman was awesome! He made our dining experience so much better with his suggestions and his kindness toward our grandchildren.
I took my family out for pizza night. We had Kenny for a server and he recommended the bakers pizza which we loved!!!! We will definitely visit again
