Perfect place to cool off on a hot day! We took our family with our littles and there was something for everyone.We got cotton candy, root beer and lemon flavored water ice and a chocolate milkshake.A piece of the east coast right in Pigeon Forge!
Growing up in Chicago I fell in love with Italian Ice, so when I saw Rita’s I had to grab it for a nice before dinner snack. It did not disappoint…. You can choose from ice cream or Italian Ice and they have about 10 flavors of Italian ice to pick from. I went with pineapple and raspberry lemonade. 2 sizes available large or small and very wallet friendly. Worth every penny
This place is awesome , I mix icee and soft-serve ice cream at work , and people think that is odd , though I like it and I tried this place today , never tried Italian ice and custard in it , I had mango, peach with custard it was good , I'll be back soon
Stopped in for dessert, which was yummy. Staff was very friendly. Got back to hotel & realized I didn’t have my phone. Checked locate function from another device, it was showing still at Rita’s. Called & they were nice enough to look around for it—I’d left it in their (very nice, very clean) restroom. They were closing, but interrupted nightly cleaning to unlock the door & return my phone.
So glad I stopped Sunday when we got here. Just stopped again and they are closed except for weekends. Disappointed but I understand!. The Italian ice here is addictive!! I come here at least two or three times when In town.
Visited here several times and always greeted with a welcoming smile and attentive staff. Team always engages in conversation and operation has look of an establishment the brand should be proud of with small town personalized service once inside. Would most definitely patronize this business again
Best custard and ice I've ever had. We always have Rita's when we can find one.
Haven’t been here in a few months. Taste great, but portions are way to small for the prices. It didn’t use to be like this is past time, but I do know inflation has gone up. Still the so called large is like one scoop. I think it could be a little bit bigger.
The mango gelato is my favorite but I usually get the flat of four flavors with dollop of Custard in the middle. My daughter loves to take home a quart of cotton candy. If you microwave it for 10 seconds when you take it out of the freezer it will loosen up easily and taste just like you bought it fresh.
All I can say is the staff here is wonderful. Their quality of service is exceptional. I’m a huge fan of Rita’s and this is probably one of the nicest locations I’ve been to.
