We eat here every visit. Love the vibe and atmosphere. Makes you feel like you are in the country and smokies. Only thing I can complain about today was the building and carpets wasn’t as well kept in the past. Starting to run down. This is happening all over pigeon forge. I understand labor shortages and how busy they are to keep up there. But these types of family restaurants make this place. Food was great and service was great at all our locations.
Stopped by for breakfast before the drive home on vacation; even being busier than usual, the wait to be seated was short. The server and cashier were both very friendly and personable, and the entire place was very clean, even being as busy as it was. The food was delicious, coffee was hot, and the prices were well within reason; if you're looking for a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with "home-made with love" style breakfast, this local restaurant is a perfect fit. Very family friendly, too -- with the variety of pancakes they have, kids are bound to find something they'll love.
Steam is a garnish here! Our breakfast came out so hot we had to wait for it to cool down. The team members worked together. They were very efficient and friendly. Kim took care of us and she was great.This place it clean from the parking lot, dining room to the bathrooms. There wasn’t any dust, hand prints or crumbs. The windows and dishes were sparkling clean. Hopefully they are working on getting the carpet replaced. It was the only thing that needed attention.
Very pleasant and friendly staff.Carpet needs replacing.Good food could be better but no real complaints other than waffles and pancakes were chewy as if they were reheated.
Corned beef hash chewy and too salty. Biscuits were bland and bacon too salty also. On the bright side my pancakes were tasty and eggs were good. Jackie though was friendly and very helpful.
Unfortunately I wished I would of gone to the Cracker Barrel. (I like to try new places)I'm a huge fan of Country Fried Steak. This was the worse! As you can see from the photo it's also the smallest piece of meat I've ever seen. Sadly the only thing good was my diet coke and the biscuit. The sausage link was cold and couldn't eat that either. I spit out the meat both times because I got nauseated chewing on it. ? Our waitress was really nice so 1 star for her.And yes they add a little over 3% for credit card transactions and the you can only pay from the receipt with an IPHONE.Not worth the money for a breakfast.
Very happy! The server was friendly and helpful. The omelets were large and very good. Plan to try it.
This place is very unique the food is outstanding freshly made Anissa is very nice and friendly Service was good and fast.
Fantastic wait staff. Friendly people working there. Good food delivered in a timely fashion. Ladies there have a great work ethic. Food was very tasty. I would recommend this place anytime.
