I recommend you prepare yourself to pay A LOT FOR CHICKEN. WOW!
The window cashiers were on point. Like very knowledgeable about what I wanted and expected to spend. They knew updates on there merchandise cost was not up to date and warned me about unexpected costs, which I was blessed that she took time to address a small issue were I could make minor adjustments... it made all the difference in the world. I am so appreciative. I will continue to spend over 50 dollars on chicken here. Lol! I got everything I wanted and my cabin was 20 miles up the mountain..., so when I got there everything was still hot!! Amen.
Our food took a little while, but it was because it was being made fresh. The taste was worth it! The spot did seem short staffed, but that's an issue affecting so many businesses and I don't think that reflects on the hard workers that are doing their best there. It isn't their fault.The staff was friendly and accommodating with us - we had a small mix up with my son's order, and they fixed it with zero attitude or issue. Genuinely nice staff! It was a great, quick dinner and I was nothing but pleased with my popcorn shrimp!
One of the best Popeyes I have been to out of numerous locations across multiple states, and settings. Came in with a massive order and not only were they communicative while being friendly to make sure my order was right but the staff were prompt on top of it all. The staff that worked on 4/17 all deserve a raise and recognition for doing a stand out job!
This Popeyes Location Was Superb! Service and friendliness was on point! Will be back! Food was a little greasy but I believe it was supposed to be that way!

Ordered all my food for 5 people. I asked if everything was in the bag she said yes it should be. She was rude about it. I get back to the hotel and passed everything out and I'm missing stuff. I ate what we had because I didn't want it cold. Food was hot. Fries was soggy. So I go back to tell them and they said where sorry we don't do refunds like whatever. So im already irritated with this lady at the window that's rude. She like I can give u something else I'm just like whatever and gave me cookies. They said a manager isn't on duty at night but whatever. Need better customer service also had to wait 30 mjns in line
So the food was just like the rest of the locations I have been at but the dining area is still closed. This is a major vacation spot and they line is around the building every time I have drove by and are here. Why not open the dining room? Only getting a one star due to that fact.
Food was ok same fried foods from fast food. Hot and crunchy you can tell that came out fresh. Services was not polite. Told them what we want and ask about the sauce and we ask if we can get gravy instead but she bluntly told us that “I have 3 more questions to ask before asking for gravy”. We just both look at each other and just go with her. After all the questions she end up not adding the gravy in our order and just gave us ranch. We did t say anything and just drove away. We understand if they are tired but there ways that you can still be treating you’re customers right. There’s one Popeyes in Sevierville’s will try that one next maybe will get better service their hopefully.
Service was good but the only thing that really brought it down was the fact that the portion sizes have gotten so small and it takes such a long time to wait in line
