If it were possible to leave 0 stars, that would be what I would leave.I ordered online and the wait time said it would be 45 min. We had a unique food request for someone in our family and was unable to notate this in the app (the ONLY thing that wasn’t this restaurants fault), tried to call within seconds to advise them of the request, and was rudely answered and told I would need to wait and was put on hold. Waited on hold for 36 mins before I got to the restaurant. I walked in to find one employee behind the counter with a line of people 15 deep. After chaotically trying to find where to pick up takeout orders, I was able to ask the lady behind the counter what the status of my order was. She went back to the kitchen and came back out advising me it was in the oven and would be done within 15 mins at the most. After sitting there waiting for 20 mins, watching countless other customers hearing the same thing, looking at the kitchen to see pizzas and other food stacked on top of each other (see pic below) the line finally died down and was able to ask the lady again what the status was on my order. She again went back to the kitchen and came out a couple of minutes later and told me that someone must have misplaced my ticket and it was being made right now. I asked and clarified that the order hadn’t even been started and she said yes. I immediately told her to cancel the order because she lied to me. And then walked out.Oh- and all this time my wife was waiting outside at the car with our 3 very hangry young kids, 5, 4, and 10 months old. I will never take any business to this restaurant and would HIGHLY discourage anyone else to as well. There wasn’t a single happy customer in that building.
This is the worst pizza hut or pizza place I have ever been to. The employee working the counter was rude. Every other pizza place I have ever been to brought the pizza to you, at this pizza hut, they set the pizza on the counter and said "here you go." As you can see from my photo my pizza was dripping grease, I was able to wring out my pizza and have a consistent flow of grease. Service was terrible, we were the only people in the restaurant and they called the wrong number. Also if you wanted parmesan cheese you have to pay a dollar because they're in "disposable containers." And when you do get your pizza you do not get a spatula. Almost everything outpizzas this hut.
Pizza Hut typically has pretty good pizza. We are down in Pigeon Forge for a little getaway. With 4 kids it gets pretty crazy trying to take them all to a sit down restaurant so we decided to just order pizza and take to our cabin. I've never tasted a pizza that was flavorless before. My husband went inside to get the pizza and said staff members were less than friendly. I will however say, the pizza was finished and ready for pick up in a timely manner.
When we got our food the delivery person dropped our bread sticks on the ground. The dude who dropped our bread sticks said he would give us credit for them he did not. They gave us fries instead of wings. And completely forgot an entire pizza. We tried calling the stores manager and corporate but no one would pick up the multiple times we tried. Horrible experience.
They lost our order had to remake and offered NO discount.

Will not return. Prices are way too high. Our dine in order was given to us as carry out. Wings did not include any dipping sauce and we had to pay for some. And weren’t that great. Tables were not clean. We had to clear our own to sit down. The employees were rude. Hardly any drink choices. No ability for refills. Not enough marinara for breadsticks. Spent over 70 bucks for one of the worst experiences.
I wish I had read reviews before going to the Pizza Hut in Pigeon Forge…It was SO VERY DISAPPOINTING! No customer service here at all! No friendly greetings. No smiling faces! Such a negative atmosphere… Customers order at a counter and pick up their own food after it is cooked. They do not have ANY salads on the menu anymore! No fountain drinks (only bottled drinks including bottled water!) No ice! No cups! NO SALT!!! ( Not even packets of salt! Can you believe that?!!!)… No complimentary parmesan cheese to flavor Italian food! (Charges for a mini cup of parmesan cheese!.. ). Such a disappointment! Wish we had read other reviews before experiencing such a disappointing meal!
Terrible experience! Only bottled drinks, not allowing self serve fountain drinks. Went to wash my hands and the restroom was flooded (the entire restroom floor) with an overflowing toilet. Just what I wanted to do was walk through sewage! Pizza arrived and asked for cheese and pepper flakes...not unless you want to pay for them!!! Seriously??? You now have to pay for pizza condiments??? The plates were tiny like a dessert plate so your pizza hung off touching I'm sure a filthy table! Not a location I would suggest!!! The employees do not want to assist, they would rather sit in the kitchen and play!
Used the app to order our pizza, after an hour the app said my pizza was cooking but i got a call from an employee saying they just got the order, and it would be another hour, unless I wanted to come get it.I waited for delivery and when it showed up another hour later it was Cold.Driver was polite and apologeticFood and experience still sucked.
