Had a super fast and friendly delivery to our hotel last night. Young man was extremely polite. Thank you.
I was a little leery after I saw the Google review score however I know more people like to complain than give credit when credit is due. So I took a chance and ordered. It was ordered & delivered to our hotel in less than 40 minutes. It was hot and delicious. The delivery guy even came in to the hotel to deliver it which is impressive because hotels can be so confusing I’m sure . Gold stars all around.
The food was delicious, but it took over an hour to get it delivered to us.
We ordered on the app to be delivered to Dreammore resort. Not only could they not deliver to our room BUT they delivered the wrong dipping sauce for our papadia and when I called they said they couldn't do a discount, all they could do was have a pizza sauce delivered by the driver. Awful. Customer. service. Won't order from there again

The pizza was made wrong with onions specifically, we called and was told they would fix thier mistake.. When we tried to get our pizza we were talked to so rudely!! I'll never order from them again and I plan on contacting the general manager
Ordered bread sticks they look nothing like there supposed to. Was so disappointed
Hi I was on vacation in the Gatlinburg area for about a week and we ordered delivery from this Papa Johns's three times while we were there. Delivery time was 30 - 50 minutes each time but they were very close on the time quoted each time. Also, the pizza was some of the best Papa John's Pizza I have had in a long time. Was able to pay over the phone, including tip, so drive just had to hand us the pizza.
Ordered 1 pizza for delivery. Was staying at hotel and while in shower was called by front desk that it was downstairs and they weren't allowing delivery drivers to go up to rooms. Took about 5 minutes to get downstairs to find driver had left already. Wasn't contacted by PJ'S about anything so had to call. Was told drivers only stay 5-10 minutes and have to go back. Wasn't apologized to or tried to fix issue but did offer to make us a new pizza and deliver it lol...no thanks. Sorry, pathetic and lazy service without a care or attempt to make it right. Disappointed but not surprised. No more PJ'S here.
Ordered 2 pizzas and took almost 10 min on phone. Could barely understand lady on phone. She had to wait just under 5 min for Confirmation to complete my order. Will not call the store again. Almost felt like it was a survey to order food
