This was by far the nicest and biggest mcdees we have ever ate at.That's about.all you are gonna get on good, it took almost a 30 mins to get 4 drinks and 2 meals 3 cheeseburgers and a basket of fries, they have no organization and workers running all over instead of giving all food/drinks together for orders they call them all at different times
Worst McDonald’s ever. Tried to use a code from the app and was told it expired, even though they watched me redeem it. Get to the window to get food. The lady at the window very rudely exclaimed, “HERE!” As she handed me the wrong drink. I told her we needed a large sprite to which the manager then told me no and demanded the receipt out of our bag. I showed it to her and she rolled her eyes and made the sprite. Then I got another rude “HERE!” From the manager. I told them both they needed to watch their attitudes with customers and needed to learn respect. Already called and made a formal complaint with cooperate.
Can’t seem to figure out these toys that come in the kids meal asked the manager what kinda toy this was supposed to be and only told that they would show me how to use it when they off work if I’d come over for drinks
The lady who works the drive thru window on second shift is cool. The only negative is 3 out of 5 visits my order gets messed up. Really...how hard is it to NOT put onions and pickles on a burger?
Waited in line for 45 minutes. I asked for ea receipt at the cash window and was told I could get it at the pick up window. I asked at the pick up window and was told they were out of printer paper. I could see the front counter printer printing receipts. I asked for the manager who again told me I could not have a receipt.. Told me her name was Megan Heavy set woman. Absolutely no integrity what so ever. Pathetic excess for a manager.
This was the rudest bunch of people (employees) I have ever seen. Not one greeting and when I greeted them they didn't even respond. Had to go back after some mayo and the lady literally said, "what do you need". I was floored! Food was fair. Luke warm at best.Biggest McDonald's I've we get been in tho.
Thank you for your service I have been spending a lot of time at McDonald's this year I have been to many many of them some slow some fast some clean some dirty so many different types of McDonald's and I must say that this one was clean and friendly and fast so I just want to say thank you for your service and recommend this for everyone else again this was my experience
Worst McDonalds I have ever been too.No refills,no ketchup,no kiosk use,food sucked.Time to get in to 2022 and let the covid bull go.Every other restaurant in pigeon forge will let you have a refill.Not letting people have a refill and using covid as an excuse proves you are a liberal or just plain greedy.never again will we eat there
Food was hot and coffee was steaming. Customer service was good as well. First time at the location and I will return.
I've honestly liked this branch the most in all of Tennessee, this review would be a 5 stars on any other day but today.I know that employees come and go in groups (No idea why) but the last patch that came in is the worse I've ever seen.I'm not going to direct this at a specific employee, but the complaint is..Make sure to take the right order at the window, repeated my order thrice and they still got the order wrong, the restaurant wasn't busy either so obviously it's not stressing.I order a Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich, orange juice and 6 pieces of nuggets with 2 sauces.I got the regular spicy chicken sandwich, except for the fact it was burned. BURNED.I also asked for a large drink, ended with large fries instead.I asked for an extra sauce at the window, and it's as if I asked an astronomical question.They came back to me saying that the sauce in the bag, I stated again that I'm simply asking for extra.Honestly, on any other day, 5 stars, but the last patch of employees? 0.This branch is in a tourism destination, I hope McDonalds do something about it. it's a waste to leave it unattended.
