We’re visiting from California and we were told that the service out here in Tennessee was amazing. They must not have visited this establishment. I own and operate 3 corporations and I would beside myself if these were my employees we encountered with last night. 3 girls at the front counter (not a single one acknowledged us when we arrived / nor when we walked up to the counter). One of them then says “if your ordering food, we’re out of all this on this piece of paper”. She then began showing one of the other girls pictures on her phone. So we waited there for a couple and she finally looked back at us & “we” had to ask if she was ready. She took our order - couldn’t even tell us what was on a certain sandwich (that’s literally written in a sign behind her) took our $ / gave change without a word (no thank you / your food will be right out- nothing) some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced, and I live in California!!!!
Unfortunately, this place is not customer friendly. My wife has an eating disorder and just needs a potato wrapped in aluminum foil. The manager at the register acted like it was the end of the world for him to do so. The following day we had to go back and he told the lady running the register to say they were out of baked potatoes. Really?? Then another lady comes from the back saying they do have bakes potatoes. Baked potatoes don't just magically appear or are ready in 2 minutes. My wife eats McAlisters everywhere she goes because she feels like she can trust eating there without getting sick. This is by far the worst service at any of them we've ever been to. If you don't like your job go work somewhere else. Everywhere is hiring. This guy deserves -5 stars!!
They’re deleting bad reviews…. There’s no quality control and no respect for their customers, but deleting people’s honest opinions of their establishment is a different kind of low. Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my life. Literally go anywhere else on the strip… Visited Cheddars the next day right down the road and had a much better experience both in service and taste.P.S. Avoid if you’re LGBT+ unless you want to hear derogatory language.
Most excellent sandwich!! More meat on my sandwich than I have ever seen at any sandwich shop I have ever been to. Fresh ingredients and phenomenal service. Go eat here! Wish we had a McAlister's in Panama City, Florida.
Placed a large catering order the night before for a training meeting. Showed up on time and correct. Food was great. Had wraps of chicken, turkey and club. Showed up at the scheduled time. Would definitely use again.
Best McAlister's I've been to! Great service, friendly staff, clean restaurant! Always make it a point to dine here when we're in town.
I usually enjoy McAlisters quite a bit, but I have to say this is the worst location I’ve ever ordered from. I paid $2.55 for a chocolate chip cookie. They sent the tiny one that comes with the kids meal. 2 of our orders, we ordered sides of Mac n cheese with and it is literally soup. And to top everything off, no utensils.
This is a fantastic deli. Food was great staff was very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend eating here if you're looking for a good sandwich and soup
Scott whose been there a while is amazing! He always gets our orders right and with 5 picky kids that says a lot. The food is always great. This is one of the best McAlister’s we’ve been too.
The food was good, I don't think it was anything special. The line was long but it moved fast and food came up pretty quick.
