We had no plans to dine there, just drinks and live music. 2 drinks cost about $40 sitting outside. The music was good though. But look elsewhere for drinks I think.Go there for the fun atmosphere but not affordable prices. “Wasting Away will cost you…” If you go during peak hours be patient and prepared to wait for a table. I’ve been to many of Jimmy’s restaurants and I was pleased to see just how popular this one in TN remains.

Host was extremely rude when they told us the wait and we asked if we could sit at the bar. They snarkly told us that we could sit at the bar if we could find a seat. When we walked outside there were several empty tables, apparently 2 servers had just quit. The bar tender was extremely nice but it seemed to be a very toxic environment. When walking out we heard a waitress walk up to a manager and say “please don’t yell at me”. I can deal with bad food and bad service but dont treat your employees like dirt.

Very disappointed in this restaurant! It wasn't very crowded when we were there but we still waited over 2 hours to get our food. One of the plates we ordered was wrong so we had to wait even longer to get it fixed. The food was mediocre, at best. It tasted like something you would get at a fast food place. Frozen/reheated, over processed .. yuck!! Definitely not worth the price or the wait!! We ended up spending around $150.00 and leaving very unsatisfied/unhappy. We will NOT be back!

After driving 7 hours we were eager to have a good meal. Sadly not the case. The appetizer plates were dirty so we sent them back only to be given dirty plates again. Third try a charm to get clean dishes. No apologies from staff. Paper straws no big deal but why small plastic cups and lids for drinks. Paper straws break down quickly while being in the hole of the hard plastic lids. Refills were brought out in more plastic cups instead of refilling at the table with a pitcher since we all had lemonade. My husband had fish and shrimp tacos that were odd tasting. He said the shrimp tasted like bleach. The jalapeño hushpuppies had little flavor and were very dry. The hamburger was bland and over cooked. Margarita flat bread was good as well as the "homemade" chip appetizer. Not sure if they were truly homemade. Nothing great about the food or service. Left a bad taste in our mouth for Margaritaville Restaurants.

Restaurant was clean, staff friendly, seated very fast. Food was delicious. I wasn't expecting the food to be that great as this is a chain Restaurant and it seems lately Restaurants quality is going down hill due to being understaffed. I was wrong. I ordered shrimp and grits and they were so good. Topped with cilantro which is my favorite, I feel like this meal was made for me. I will definitely be back.

Today was our first time eating here while visiting Pigeon Forge. I haven't visited P.F. since 20 years ago. I'm a lover of anything tropical themed, yacht rock music and the song Margaritaville by Jimmy Buffett. I got to see the huge blender as it filled up. People were in awe of it. I ordered the Baja burger with pineapple and it was delicious!! Jennifer was our server. She was very attentive & friendly!! The experience with my family was truly a great memory.

The food was ok, nothing special. We enjoyed the margaritas more. The place is extremely overpriced for what they offer

The ambiance was nice and the staff was great. We were seated quickly and our orders were taken in a timely manner. Our food took a very long time to get to us. We weren't terribly upset about this, since it was a Friday evening and we know every business in Sevier County is understaffed. Once the food finally got to us, it was terrible! I wanted to play it safe, so I got chicken tenders, because I thought it would be hard to mess up chicken tenders, but by golly the did! My daughter got the kids shrimp, and it wasn't very good either. My cousin's daughter got the kids macaroni and cheese, and it was quite obviously just a box of Kraft Mac and cheese, without any attempt to be fixed up with extra cheese or a garnish or anything. This place is probably fine if you just want a couple of drinks and some appetizers, but don't go for a meal! Definitely would not go back.

This complaint pertains to additional unauthorized credit card charges. The food was good and our waitress Jessica was good. We had a group of 9 people at our table thus an expected 18% gratuity was included on our bill. I also added an additional 2% tip to make it 20% because I was pleased with the service. However after checking my credit card statement they ran the credit card for $118.91. The total authorized amount was $109.48, which included a 20% tip. They also did the same thing to the family sitting at our table. We are all from out of town, and there is no way to catch this until after it post to your credit card, which usually takes a few days and by then we have already left Pigeon Forge.

What a wonderful place! The people sitting next to us said that the salmon was the best they ever tasted! There were music videos on the TV screens all over the place, but not too too loud because you could still talk over it. We were upstairs, and there is an elevator for people who have trouble climbing stickers. We met a wonderful couple that were going to have dinner with later and all around is just a wonderful place!!
