I miss Marcos soo much. It was my favorite pizza place here but they closed. Our hotel was right across the street. We ordered half sausage and half pepperoni with extra cheese with buffalo wings. And wow. It arrived too hot to eat. It was perfection. I love their sausages. And the wings were delicious. Also. We ordered and my husband jumped into the shower. He wasnt even in there for 15 minutes and we had our pizza. Great service.
Food and great service a really good combination..Live music on the patio was a plus.A wide variety on the menuSee my main man MarcoHe is the best.A must stop when in Sevierville.Highly recommended.
We have been waiting about 2 hours for our pizza, it’s 9:30 and we still haven’t got it.Update-We never got our pizza, and the pizza place took the 100$ worth of food from us. They accepted our order, took our money, but never brought our pizza, and when we went down there, they were closed.
We placed an order after a long day out. Almost $100 was charged and taken from my bank account. We never got the pizza. We ordered at 7:30 and had an estimated delivery at 9 pm. At 9:30 with tired, hungry kiddos we drove to the store only to find them closed when the hours stated on the door they closed at 10pm. We still haven’t gotten our money back or a response from the store or corporate. When we called the store and asked what happened they said they “didn’t know.” Marcos took our money, and left us with no pizza and hungry kids.
We have ordered Marcos from different locations many times and even here in town. After placing my order this evening at 7:30, I got a call that they were canceling my order because they close at 8! This would have been great to know before they took my money from my bank account, then I was informed it would take 3-5 days to get it back. Not great customer service in my opinion!!
Pigeon Ford, TN location. Ordered a pizza and salad at 7:30 pm told we'd have it delivered by 830 pm didn't get it until 9:20 pm. They did let us have it no charge but the salad I ordered was not the salad I got. They only had one delivery driver. They were only .01 mile away. We should have just walked there. Don't have delivery if you can't get enough drivers.
We ordered on line Monday night around 8 it said 82 delivery time. After waiting almost 2 hours and it still not showing up we called, no answer… we called back to back a million times no answer, so my bil and husband drove down there it was 9:30 ish all lights off and no one in sight… out order was a $100 order! So not only was we out $100 we never got any food so had to go elsewhere and spend another $85. Fast forward to the nxt day still no one answered and had to file a dispute with the bank!!! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!!
Great ? Pizza! Kelly that greeted us and took our order was very helpful. A smile always pulls me in. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza. Best ever!Loved it! ?
I ordered the large pepperoni magnifico and wings tonight with hot buffalo sauce with Bleu cheese. When it got here the pizza was pepperoni Italian sausage and Canadian bacon. The wings were sauced in some kind of honey BBQ flavor with Ranch dressing. We ate it anyway because it was late and we were hungry but it was not at all what I had ordered. I looked back on my Grubhub order to be sure it wasn't my fault and it wasn't. The order was completely wrong
Please don’t order from Marco’s pizza if you’re staying in a cabin or vacationing in the pigeon forge area. Because they hire drivers that will text you after delivering your pizza wanting to hangout or be your friend. It’s not safe at all. I tried for a while to get a hold of corporate and never got a call back. Fyi the lead manager at the store told me he would speak with the driver since he was new and can’t afford to lose a driver. But never once apologized for what happened. Acting like it was my fault and was very rude about it and I request for the main managers number and he said I would have to call back a week later since the main manager was on vacation. So I requested for another higher up manager and he said you’ll have to wait till he comes back from vacation. Just remember you’re vacationing in our beautiful state of Tennessee and you shouldn’t be worried about who’s going to be delivering your food. Smart idea would be go into the store and get your pizza if you want too order from them. You also might want to pay cash not card.
