Ice cream was ok but tasted a bit old and was full of ice chunks. All inside seats are roped off, so you can’t sit down, and there was no seating in the shade outside. Not the greatest place to take little ones for ice cream on a hot day unless you plan to have them eat in the car.

I was going to rate this as a 1 star, but the cookie my cousin ate was "fire", and so a star was added. However, the issues they had when we stopped in made this location look abysmal. The Air Conditioning was out, which would have been fine, but the ice cream was melted and "soupy". The staff offered to mix extra toppings in to counteract the "soupiness" but didn't really have any other suggestions on how to fix the issue. We instead chose to order cookies and some cookie cake. The staff informed us that they didn't have the proper boxes for cookie cake. We had to instruct them to get one of the larger cookie bags and put the cake in it.I have nothing against the workers trying their best. But when a manager is leaning up against the door to the storage room watching as their teammates are struggling, it leads me to believe there are some major issues with the location.I do not recommend visiting this location. Drive a little further or go to the Baskin Robbins next door.

I will comeback again and again I just need to workout more the next day in the gym but I do not care it’s delicious and worthy life is one!

Absolutely disgusting inside. Floors appear to have not been mopped in weeks. Dirt and buildup piled high in corners. Between a not so cold marble slab + the workers taking forever, all 3 of our icecreams were given to us as puddles in a cup. If you want to spend $8 for warm melted dairy-this is your place. If you value your money, go anywhere else.

I will say that the ice cream was good. But they had all the tables and chairs pushed to the side, off limits. It was a gazillion degrees outside, and there were only stone tables in the sun. They were like skillets! And the ice cream melted in nanoseconds!

I went in to get ice cream, and two young kids were behind the glass making ice cream; they had their ice cream smeared all over the marble slab, touching all the toppings. Making a mess. I don't know if their hands were clean....?‍♀️ The young guy working there barely had a space to put my ice cream; he couldn't spread it out like they usually do so that it stays good and cold while mixing the toppings. I'm not sure if they were the employee's kids, but it was unprofessional and gross. I ended up just throwing it in the trash. I will not be back.

Paid $7.99 for a strawberry shortcake Sunday and it had no strawberries in it and barely any strawberry sauce. Employees weren’t friendly at all. Years ago this was the best locationWon’t be back to this Marble Slab

I've been to a Marble Slab Creamery before. This was my wife's first time and she loved it. It was her favorite ice cream stop we made all week. You basically build your own ice cream. Start with a base flavor and add toppings then they roll it all in together. Delicious.

First timer to Marble Slab in Pigeon Forge. Tyler was very friendly and helpful as was the other ladies working. Had a great experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back…. The ice cream was amazing

They never disappoint!! Even ended up with free cookies which I offered to pay for. Staff was awesome. Thanks Mike!! I think that was his name. I'm horrible remembering name. Cookies were awesome as always.
