Pretty bad customer service. When we tried to order 3 cookies and cream milkshakes the employee literally said she wasn't making three so another employee had to make the third one. If you don't like what you do then find another job. Don't take it out on the customer.
Way over priced ordinary ice cream. I paid $29 for 3 ordinary ice cream cones. I thought it would be something like Cold Stone Creamery but it was ordinary. I would have enjoyed a McDonalds ice cream cone more and spent under $10.

The ice cream flavors were really great. They had quite a bit of variety. I think they were out of Oreos or one ingredient but that’s not really a big deal. The staff is super friendly. If they’re short staffed please be patient they are trying their best.
Took my mom and sis here so we can celebrate mother's day in the mountains ( I'm from the coast of NC). Who doesn't like ice cream?! It's right next to a Mellow Mushroom so after you get your pizza fix walk next door to get your customize ice cream!?✨✨

I went here to get an extradinary ice cream with cake like the pictures showed only to find out they don't do those elegant ice cream designs anymore...I got an oreo shake which tasted very good... My family also enjoyed the shakes. (A Strawberry and Cookie monster special)..I rated 3 stars because I had to substitute for what I really wanted and You should really take the old pics off of the other icecream that's not sold anymore if they were uploaded by Marble
