The wait in the drive-thru was a little bit more than I thought it should have been... But the food was really good and the people were pretty nice as well
Never showed up with the pizza, said our order was canceled and still charged us for the order. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone for two days now.
Terrible sat in drive through for 30 min not moving and I went in while staying in drive through. I went in a asked why we hadn’t moved for 30 min and there was people inside saying they have waited just as long and nothing was happening. I walked in and asked if I could get my pizza and go and I got my pizza before everyone else who ordered and I’m currently sitting half way through the line in the same spot with the pizza I got 10 min ago this place is terrible. Also the manager was to busy to talk to me. But with no pizza comin through have to wonder what they are really doing.
This place is an absolute joke. Can't even supply u what u paid for and then a thin crust pizza, these kids can't even cut through it. They made up to me by giving me exactly what I paid for ( 2 Marinaras) wouldn't give a extra 1 when asked. Also have another thin crust and still didn't cut it at all....pictures hopefully able to post.
This place is an absolute joke walked in waited 25 minutes to even have a employee speak to me, then was told it would be a 45 minute wait on two pizzas....like are you serious then I was told the online orders came first like no hot and ready this place needs serious help or be shut down or better management
I am in town on vacation. Let me state that I am a GM for little caesars at another location I am quite appauled by the attitude of the manager at this location. It does not take 15 mins for a tray of crazy bread in fact it takes 8 minutes exact that includes sheet out, cut, cook, dress it and bag. Crazy bread is suppose to be hot and ready. So i waited 30 mins in line at the drive through to be told they have no crazy bread ready and it would be and additional 15 mins. I understand that there are stiff shortages but, do better guys
Thought ordering here would be easy and cheapest way to feed my whole family when we first got into town for our vacation. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Our pizzas were burnt and took an hour to get them.
Management needs to reevaluate their staff's customer service training. Waited in line for almost 30 minutes AFTER waiting the 20 minutes to pull up to pick up our to go order. Staff could not care less about the line wrapped around the building. SO many other problems that occurred but, the timer just went off to reheat my room temp pizza I picked up 10 minutes ago. What a joke!
I sent a comment to what I hope was corporate also. you guys were wonderful. I was surprised you had any hot and ready at 10:45 pm plus lady at drive thru was friendly about her service. We really appreciated it this night. saved us and my daughter loved her pizza!! thank you again
This Little Ceasars is a JOKE Don't waste time doing on line order, I did online order said pick up in 20 minutes waited 30 minutes to go to store only be told samething people walking in to order was it will be 30 more minutes we have had a lot of big orders same thing every time. They won't get no more orders from me. I ask could I cancel my order and Manager Tammy(I guess she don't have a last name) told me I had to cancel online she couldn't cancel order. I didn't want to give 1 Star but it made me to post review.
