Please don’t expect any type of chain restaurant experience here. It’s much much better. From the moment we walked in until the time we left we were smiling. The family that owns this restaurant were so kind, helpful and amazing cooks! If you want to support a small local business, put this address in your GPS and head there. They have breakfast and lunch options, all of which are custom and made to order. Nothing sits in the kitchen, as soon as it’s plated they bring it to your table. We got the pancakes, and pictures will not show the true size, but I would definitely recommend asking the size and gauging whether you want one or two. If we would have known, we would have only ordered one. This is going to be a place we stop every time we come to the area. They are only open from 8am-2pm so plan to be there before they close! HIGHLY recommend!!
This place has the BEST pancakes. Very small place with only a few tables. We went on a Friday early afternoon and got seated immediately. Friendly and personal service. The blueberry pancake and omelette was very filling. They played Christian music and even had a prayer box for requests.
An incredible dining experience for breakfast or lunch. Servers are gracious and committed to made to order options for a pleasant experience. Would have not stopped here if it were not for the high recommendation from a server at another restaurant. So glad they did! We will definitely be back!!!
A tiny gem ? located right off Dollywood Ln. Seats 5 tables at a time but oh so worth the wait! The breakfast burritos were huge and fed us for 2 days. Very good! Pancakes were out of this world BIG and delicious. Staff was attentive and friendly. Would definitely make this a staple to our Gatlinburg visits when we are in town next
We came here for breakfast based on the reviews on trip advisor but the experience did not match. Service was good but food is below average and limited menu. Self serve drinks is a little odd for a sit down breakfast. Ventilation in the building is not adequate and we needed to change clothes afterwards due to food smell. Also the table we sat at was below the air conditioner unit and it was dripping on my son.
Arrived 10 minutes before they opened, and sure glad we did. Only has 5 tables, but don't let the size fool you the food is awesome. Owner is very upbeat and the waitress is awesome. Had the pineapple coconut French toast, it is the bomb. Wife had the Reese pancake it was great also. Will be back to try rest of menu for sure.
I wish I could give so many more stars. From The out of this world food to the down to earth staff this place is a must stop!Cozy and tucked away it is truly a hidden gem! They were so friendly and super accommodating to my kiddo. The pancakes are huge! Like mountains stacked. (See the pictures!) The French toast with pineapple and coconut is very flavorful and I recommend it highly. Those fluffy biscuits and savory gravy is the type that reminds ya on Grandma's breakfast on a Sunday before Church. I kid you not. It really is that good! This place was such a hit my kid asked to come back a second time!
We decided on the Lil Black Bear Cafe because of the wonderful reviews and pictures! We were greeted by the owner which was very nice! Our breakfast did not disappoint ! We all decided on omelettes with the world famous pancakes! They were amazing!! Thank you Lil Black Bear Cafe!
Very welcoming! This quaint cafe was the highlight of our family vacation! This is definitely the best cafe in Pigeon Forge, the staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic!
Great stop! Excellent food. We loved their breakfast burrito, biscuits and gravy, and their daily special - pineapple coconut french toast! Sooo yummy! Very friendly owners and staff, reasonably priced, and clean. You could tell this is the small cafe the locals love.
