Should be 0 stars. Ordered online through the website. Get to the restaurant and they say they don’t do online orders. I showed them my confirmation email and they basically just said not their problem because they don’t do online orders. Now I have to go through my bank to get my money back. Possibly one of the dumbest things I’ve experienced.
We had never eaten at Krystal's. We were vacationing with our son and his family. We stopped for a quick lunch. The staff was welcoming and the food was very good. We would definitely stop again when in the area.
If I could give it no stars I would. Me and my best friend both are pregnant came to grab a 24 pack and every single one of them are under cooked and still very very pink. They was more worried about playing on their phones and getting mad because we came back around 3 different times. The second time they replaced them yet still pink and cold didn’t have any heat at all. Didn’t even bother to ask if they could replace it again or even a refund. 50 dollars down the drain. The picture doesn't even do any justice to show how pink they are. Another thing is they are open when it states they are temporarily closed, they stood there and laughed at us and even made smart remarks refusing to do anything for us. It took under 5 minutes for them to cook all 25. I don’t recommend them to anybody unless you would like to get food poisoning.
This place has absolutely awful service. The night time workers have absolutely no regard for anything that goes on unless it pertains to their cellphones. They also don’t know how to cook the food to the correct temperature even after being told and having the food returned multiple times. Besides this places awful service, and absolute horrible experience. Even the manager at night time wouldn’t give us a refund after we received our food undercooked and personally just asked for a refund. We was told we would have to come back the next day to speak to another manager to be able to get our refund even though we are out of state residents. ABSOLUTELY WOULDN’T RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!!
Told them we wanted our sandwiches plain but they put Mayo and pickle on them.
This Krystal gets a solid 2 from me. A two - because the staff was friendly, and we all (6 of us) got a good laugh at how horrible the food was. Plus, I’m sure we’ll talk about this experience for years to come.The quality of this food might be more appropriate at 2am after a long night of drinking. Lunch, dinner or snack? Not so much.Ok, just for grins, I gave it 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
UPDATE 2/7/22Still only drivethu still great food and great service they had a new Country Fried Steak sandwich mmm mmm it was good.Good food only thing was open was the drive thu because of covid ?
Wendy's m***h*** sister needs to go on somewhere.. I dont know what it was made of... it didn't look like beef, pork, or turkey.. worst of all it definitely didn't taste like any of them. I was left completely unsatisfied. Never go here
Not good at all. The chix were hard, the fries were cold, the chili cheese pups were just thrown together and they put all the pups in one container and they were for different people. We ordered 2 separate 5 for $7.49 deals.
I love the food here and it's one of my guilty pleasures. The sliders are so good, especially when hot and fresh. This one loses a star because they forgot the cheese on my 24 pack and that's like a 7 dollar oops. If you go here, bring cash as it's cheaper if you pay that way
