Love this place very friendly, and the Ice cream was so good we went 3 days in a row on our vacation ?
We went here to get a sweet treat but it was not what we expected. We waited in line and some of us got ice cream and others got rolled ice cream. The staff was rude and let so many people jump in front of us in the already long line we waited in. They were getting mad at us for not choosing our flavors quickly and they were taking so quietly we couldn't here them. The rolled ice cream and slushies also only came in one size and they were massive. I would say it's the worst place we've gone to in Gatlinburg and at the end they still expected a tip. The only good thing about it is the ice cream tasted good.
The hubby and I wanted a sweet treat before watching the water show. Stopped by this place and got some ice cream for the girls and I. Since we're on vacation, I wanted something unique and ended up getting a chocolate dipped mason jar shake. It taste similar to cookies and cream. I love the idea and the chocolate remained hardened for quite some time. Overall, I like this place. Very clean and we were in and out without a hassle.
Best ice cream stop of all places in Smoky Mountains! It’s pricey like everything else but the flavors were unique and absolutely fantastic!
DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE PEANUT ALLERGIES. Unlike 99% of the other ice cream shops around the world. They refused to get a clean scoop, go to the back and scoop some ice cream from an unopened container.I do not recommend if you have any food allergies.
They charged for two scoops when asked one and even mentioned at the register. Scammers. Beware of them. When I called the number listed on Google maps and their Facebook page, the call goes to the winery and not this place. I think they did in purpose to rip off tourists so they can’t get back to them.
We stopped by on a hot afternoon. They were out of some things but overall it was a good experience. The ice cream was good, nothing out of this world. I read all the reviews about service but the servers were fine when we were there.
We stopped in to get ice cream. They give you a lot for the money. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. It’s a busy place.
Lots of great ice cream flavors to choose from. I got a kids cone and almost couldn't eat it all. They really pile it on. Great little place..
Brought my family in for a treat. The employees were more excited to dance and sing with the overhead music than help customers. They were not friendly. The store was filthy. Counters sticky with bits of toppings and brownies all over the place. Floor was filthy. 6 employees just standing around. Please clean! We walked out!
