Fun experience. Very good show. Meal consisted of fried chicken, pulled pork, corn on cob, mashed potatoes , slaw, rolls and a dessert choice of chocolate or banana pudding. Food was good. Service was quick and efficient.
Both the food and entertainment were superb! I'd highly recommend. Tickets and seating were super fast and easy, food brought out right away, and fresh and hot. Tasted great! the show was a lot of fun. If you're in Pigeon Forge, GO!!
They have the hardest working wait staff I’ve seen so far and some awesome food plus the funniest good time show I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to go back again

This was a really neat experience. As a tourist, this is definitely something that I would recommend to others. The food was excellent and the show was amazing. One downside is that they claim it’s all you can eat but as soon as the show starts, you’re not allowed to order more food or get refills on anything, including your drink, and when the show is over, they immediately pick your food up. By the time we got seated and our food was in front of us, we only had time to eat what was on our table and then the show was starting. Overall, I would still recommend the show.
We had an amazing experience. Terrific family show with slapstick humor, singing, dancing, shooting and rootin tootin fun. The finger licking fried chicken, and mouthwatering sides, are matched with top notch service! The creamy vegetable soup was yummy. Nikita was our cousin/server for the evening. She was outstanding!Two additional notes are: 1) The affordable gift shop items. We found lots of great items for ourselves and our boys. We purchased a T-shirt, photos, magnets, glasses, a coffee mug and even a deputy sheriff badge for about $50. Great quality items and a “sale” section for those seeking a deal. 2) Getting a reservation was a breeze. We called to book the tickets instead of doing it online. Darren answered the phone and was able to find us the exact day/time we wanted. He was a joy to talk to and suggested other shows and discounts during our vacation.A truly wonderful evening of entertainment with a fantastic home style dinner. We’ll definitely be back next year!
Staff was great, especially our versitile server/actor Cousin Dan! Food was good - the family highly recommends the pulled pork, soup, and mashed potatoes! I am gluten and dairy free...both dietary restrictions were met! Biggest disappointments - First, the fish tank that was custom made for Hatfield &McCoys Dinner Show is no longer there!!! That was one of the biggest reasons we chose that dinner show! What happened to the tank!?! Second, there was such a waste of food! Any food that isn't finished is thrown out. This includes the food in the buckets that has not been eaten. Suggestions, serve less in the buckets and refill them as necessary or better yet donate the leftovers to a soup kitchen.
I have to say the food is absolutely top notch. The banana pudding isn't but oh well. Literally zero wafers in it. On the other hand, the corn on the cob, chicken, BBQ, and mashed potatoes are amazing. The soup is like Crack in a bowl its so addictive. The entertainment fantastic.
A dinner and a show are almost always fun. Food was excellent for mass produced stuff and the server was helpful and friendly. Could just be me but they appear to be understaffed as our sever was practically running from table to table just to try and stay on top of requests. Very hard to get his attention. Not because he was a bad waiter but had so many tables. Show was ok. Some fun stunts. I wish there was a bit more comedy in the show.
My family and I really enjoyed the show and dinner! Our son is 8 and it kept him entertained and interested the whole show!! He says he loved itWas wonderful to have a show that was family friendly and clean. The food was delicious and more than anyone could possibly eat.. come hungry and you will leave over stuffed ? ?
