Ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders meal. Wasn't busy at all!!Was told to pull up because they had to drop chicken and fries. We waited 30 plus minutes for our food. Finally pulled into a parking spot, walked in, and the food was sitting in a bag under the warmer. Lady that waited on us said she was about to bring it out to us but we pulled off. After we returned to our car, we got into the food, and it was COLD AS A CUCUMBER! This place is a joke!
I stop in here almost every morning, simply because it's right across from where I work. I wouldn't tolerate it otherwise!!! The staff are almost always rude and act as if you're a bother to them, even though it's rarely busy in the morning. This morning, on top of all that, they didn't even have any creamer for the coffee, none in the building. I'd like to say that I'm surprised but I'm absolutely not.
Went in and the cashier was on her cell phone and very rude when my card would not work (chip error not money error). Then as my wife is waiting for her food another customer comes up and asks for for a fork and she gives her one and calls the woman a bit×#. Biscuit was overcooked good thing it was the last meal we were eating in pigeon forge because it will be the last time we go there.
It was just out and out wrong the food they served us We where there today it was the worse food i have ever eaten cold and i mean coldet fries and cold meat edges burnt ABSOLUTELY NASTY!!!!!!
I never know how things will go with Hardee's. We went through the drive-thru. I ordered an Omelet biscuit and a butter biscuit and partner ordered biscuit and gravy. The omelet biscuit was barely warm and mostly tasteless. The butter biscuit had no butter and was also mostly cold. The gravy was very runny with the biscuit being burnt and cold.
Good store. We are inside. Busy at the drive thru but the staff got our order out quickly. Well managed store
This place, the guy taking orders is awful at his job. I'll never come back here. He was rude and hateful. Get better employees you charge enough for your food to do that.
Fries were extremely greasy with residue from everything else on them. I also got the 1/3 lb Angus burger with no cheese, ketchup or onions. It barely had mustard on it and no mayo, very dry. The bun was harder than a rock, I could have used as a weapon. All I got to eat was a greasy burger patty and a bite of lettuce, because I any even gonna try and discuss those tomatoes. The drink was good. Gotta go clean up that greasy spot where I laid that burger paper down now. Do not recommend.
Service acceptable, had 3 biscuits and a burrito, burrito missing after driving back to Gatlinburg. In any drive thru, bags should be checked before handing to customer. Being short staffed is now a common excuse to justify their mistake.
