This place has the best pizza, location is good, parking is plenty, yes it may have taken 35 minutes to make our two pizzas but totally worth it, they were busy so we didn't mind. The people working never looked as though they were just playing around it looked as though they were taking pride in the work and even the delivery driver came in got something to drink looked at the tickets and took another order. This place is hometown amazing
This place was amazing! We were there when they opened the day we were in pigeon forge. Such a great little place, and the pizza was delicious! I don't usually eat the crust, but this was totally fine for me! I ate three pieces! I WILL go back next time I'm in pigeon forge!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Amazing pizza! Best I have had in a long time. The staff was very polite and helpful on the phone, informing me of a deal that would save money. The staff inside when we picked up the pizza was just as nice polite and nice. We will definitely get again!
This place is great!!! Say what you want but I am putting my money on Genos Pizza....for a quick take out or sit down pizza THEY ROCK!!! Good flavor. Crust is fresh and delicious! We make this one of our stops every time we are in town. Good job guys!!!
Worst pizza ever! We each took one bite and threw the rest away. Only went here because everything else was closed. Might as well had a cardboard box with a little cheese. Ordered pepperoni, we counted 9 pieces on the entire pizza and the cheese didn't even cover the whole pizza. Save your money!!
We stayed in Pigeon Forge TN for 4 nights recently and ordered from Geno's for dinner 3 of them. Their salads are huge and fresh, full of awesome ingredients. Their pizza is Very good, and my Super Picky son with texture issues agreed to try their meatball sub... That I figured my husband would end up eating along with his salad... But my kid Loved the sub! He actually ate it! Win!!Order at a decent time or you may have to wait a while for delivery (as with anywhere that has good food and is open way later than other local food places, they get busy) but the last night we were in town I ordered and got our food in person and it didn't take long at all and it was so good. Pleasantly pleased! The dough they use is the absolute best I've ever tasted of anywhere I've been to, it has a salty taste to it, but not overly salted. I ordered a calzone with mushrooms, green peppers, and pepperoni. It was incredible and cooked perfectly golden!The lady that took my order was named TRACEY and she was super sweet. She made me feel like we were old friends catching up, not just like some stranger that walked in. GREAT personalities in a storefront make a HUGE difference.I'll definitely stop back in for another calzone the next time I'm up that way!
They scored a 100 on their health inspection, the little lady that owns the place was as sweet as she could be. The pizza's were very dry though, not a lot of sauce on it at all. Service - 5/5, Food - 2/5, Cleanliness- 5/5.
Estimated delivery time was spot on and the pizza, Geno's special, and the cheesesticks were baked perfectly! Some of the best pizza we've ever eaten anywhere!
Customer service was excellent from the time we placed our order to delivery. I would like to mention we ordered at 9:45 P.M. on a busy Saturday night. The nice woman who took our order was patient, kind, and helpful! We had the food delivered to our hotel and the delivery man was also very pleasant and kind! The delivery took about 1 hour which is reasonable considering time and day of the week. We ordered 1 extra Large cheese pizza ? ?, 1 Italian sub ?, 1 BBQ chicken and bacon sub ?, 1 order of garlic bread ?, and finally a chef salad ? . I will start by saying pizza is my absolute favorite food!! With that being said I travel all over the country and have tasted some of the best pies around. I must say this ranks way up on the list it's very good excellent crust, and the cheese sauce ratio is perfect!! The Italian sub has a perfect blend of ingredients the flavor is superb!! We tried the BBQ Chicken and bacon sub and it didn't disappoint the sub is packed with flavor and the bread is just super yummy!!! The chef salad was loaded with ingredients they definitely don't skimp on toppings. We also had the garlic bread with garlic sauce another delicious items. I will say this there's one thing I'm disappointed with, and that is...... we didn't order dessert ? ????. I would absolutely recommend this place to others, and if you're like us just passing through you won't be disappointed! Thank you for great food and service cheers!!!
