We met 15 family members out for breakfast while on vacation there. I read so many reviews to find a place with really good pancakes, and I was not disappointed. The place had lots of seating and the mountain cabin, pancake house feeling I was hoping for inside. The most impressive part was our kind and skilled waitress. She treated us with utmost respect even though families/bills were divided between tables. She was so genuine and helpful, explaining that she knows what it's like to travel with children. One of our parties had a serious peanut allergy to contend with and the restaurant was so respectful in discussing precautionary measures to protect our loved one. I will go back next time I visit!
We stopped here on our way out. Skillet was ok the ham didn’t look/taste fully cooked and barely warm. One person in party ordered coffee and was brought 1/2 a cup full. Stated it didn’t taste very good. Our waitress was an older women that whispered so it was hard to hear her. She seemed very shy which waitressing isn’t the best option for that type of personality. I’m not sure if sugar free syrup is an option as I didn’t get a chance to ask. The young girl working at the cash register was very friendly and chatted with my daughter and her friends if everyone could have been like her I would have given a better rating.
20 minute wait for group of four. Food was good. I had the lecante meal. Pancakes, biscuit and gravy, country fried steak, hash brown casserole and eggs. It was all good . Sweet tea wasn’t too sweet. Waitress was good
We went to the other pancake places in gatlinberg and the lines were way to long. We waited 20 minutes here and it was amazing. 5 I. Our party and skillet players, pancakes were excellent. I can’t imagine pancakes being any better.
The food was amazing. From the French toast and pancakes to the chicken and waffles. The portions were large, and no one left hungry.
FYI...Frizzle Chicken had the BEST, Fluffiest, Pancakes. Flapjacks were not fluffy. My son said they were like cruise ship pancakes. Tough and flat.I had Sticky Bun Pancakes...they were good though, but yesterday's Cinnamon Roll ones at Frizzle were better. I'd expect a pancake house to have the best...Flapjacks were tough to cut...Frizzles fell apart easily as they were just so fluffy! Soo if Cinnamon Roll pancakes and Chocolate Chip Pancakes are what you want, I'd go across the street to Frizzle....Service was great. The Fritters were good. They are like Cinnamon donut holls with cream cheese icing to dip. The Hashbrown Casserole was also very good. Just wish the pancakes were more fluffy and soft.
Great breakfast option in Piegon Forge! Panckes were hot and fully, skillets were not greasy, hot and fresh coffee, both eggs and bacon were made to ordered. Food was fresh and delicious. Service team was attentive and food came out fast.
This was our first time eating here. We were staying at P.F. I read the reviews beforehand. We were seated promptly and received our food quickly. The omlet and pancakes were great!!!

We waited 45 minutes always wanted to go. The food was average, the server great and efficient but he place was a ZOO on steroids. The place was dirty (floors, tables and we will not talk about the ladies room). It is really a shame the place is only open like 8-1 they just need to clean it up.
