Establishment was not busy when we went at 5:30pm, but a few families were in the restaurant. I’m a manager at a Firehouse Subs in another state and was thoroughly not impressed(I even make less than their starting pay at this location). I know I saw at least two managers on duty. The bathrooms were disgusting, and all of the lobby floors needed to be swept. A family of 4 never heard their name called(the employee on steamer station was very quiet when he spoke), and their food was just sitting on the counter. My sandwich was also made wrong(it was missing banana peppers, hot peppers, and sautéed onion that was displayed correctly on the ticket). Only gave two stars because the sandwich was decent.

First time I tried this corporation, love the support for our firefighters, but the product I received was not what I ordered. I ordered an cold Italian sub with dressing n received a hot sub with warm mayo n just a mess of a sandwich. Respect the sandwich or don't offer it. Italian sub is about the crispy bread, sharpness of the provolone, since of the salami n the capicola, saltiness of the prosciutto, crisp of the lettuce n onion, juice of the tomato, the season to enhance the veggies n the vinegar to give the sandwich the bite. The crunch, the texture, the heat, sweetness n the sharp bite. Big bold flavors make this sandwich a staple on any menu. Not a honey ham, who puts that on a Italian hoagie? No love on this sandwich I paid 15 dollars for that went right into the trash can. To corporate, sign hiring for 15 an hour, maybe you should pay 17 a hour for someone that will listen to the customer. Want our business, give us what we order n want, Subway is only a few doors down?

The woman at the cash register was so rude to a family in front of us. She was impatient to the point the son was in tears. She was so condescending and instead of simply listening patiently to the customers she instead made “jokes” when each customer walked up. It was such an uncomfortable experience. It was also obvious the other staff members were talking about her during this whole situation.

Food very hot and fresh. It was very good. I had chili and the firehouse cheese and brisket and it was amazing but very expensive.

My first visit to firehouse subs. It was a really good sandwich. The cashier was really friendly. Definitely worth a try if you're liking 5 for a good sandwich

Great subs and super friendly employees the place was packed out and service was outstanding and very quick.

The restaurant had just gotten hit by a couple of church buses. The food was still great, the service was a little slow and the restaurant was kind of trashed, but understandably. However there was no where to sit. All of the tables were full. There was a section that was closed but they said they were unable to open it (probably because of COVID)

I've never left a bad review before, but our experience here was really poor. The guy making our sandwiches called out our name and I guess we didn't hear him the first time because he was mispronouncing it. When my daughter pointed out that they were ready and I turned around he was giving us a dirty look and threw his hands up at us. My daughter even asked why he looked so angry. Then, there was a hair in my sandwich. I know things happen and took it back and explained and a different guy made that sandwich and was understanding and nice. I hate taking food back so I was appreciative of how nice he was. My son got choked up on a chip and was coughing and the employees were pointing and staring to the point all 3 of my kids were uncomfortable and we ended up packing up our food and eating in the car. Next time we'll just drive to the Sevierville location.

Always good. It was very busy in there today. But they still did a great job getting the food to the customers.

Good taste, very small amount of food on sandwich, friendly staff, easy parking, nice atmosphere & decor inside
