Everything was perfect.
Here 3 times on our short trip this week. Drinks made well. Second and third time the wait was long. This third time (Saturday morning) has been ridiculously long. Totally dysfunctional operation here. Manager was openly making fun of a sick employee who needed to leave and everyone could hear. 14 employees. One cashier. Obnoxious.
Ive come in here every night for the past few days while the 2 closing girls were working, they are amazing. My family and other big groups were in the store and then the drive through line was long, but they stayed nice and we could tell they were trying their best. The Coffee's fresh and the grilled cheese is my son's favorite!
We placed a mobile order and received 2 wrong drinks out of 4. The person at the window argued to us that it was not her problem she only makes what prints out. Then we noticed the stickers and they were correct but the drinks were made wrong. The manager (I assume) finally corrected the problem, after me and my family were berated by the other employee. Will not be running on Dunkin while we are in Pigeon Forge.
Went through the drive thru around 10:30-11 this morning and it was not busy at all. The employee working was not friendly in the least while we placed the order. We ordered 2 glazed donuts and 1 filled, that’s it. When we got to the window she told us the amount which we paid and then she handed the bag out and said “here you go” and walked off. Not a thank you or anything. On top of that the doughnuts didn’t taste the freshest. They weren’t horrible, but certainly not worth the money. We won’t waste our time or money here again. Too many other places to go that appreciate patronage. If considering stopping here, I would definitely reconsider.
They try to get people through at a decent rate but in doing so they are getting orders wrong and making them wrong as well. I have given them a lot of chances but i don't think i will again. They will correct your order but if like it right the first time. Keep trying guys you got this.
Store hours listed as opening at 5am both online and on the door. Pull in the parking lot and the lights are on and an employee inside sees me pull in at 5:50AM. Go to the door and it is locked. Tried calling to verify hours and no one would answer the phone.
I do not what stars aligned yesterday, but my husband and I ordered our go to drinks that we've ordered all up and down the east coast forever. I think an angel named Hannah made our drinks.They. Were. The. Best. Dunkin. We've. EVER. Ordered. Perfectly fluffy frozen coffee and a very smooth macchiatto.
Food was good service was good. Felt for employees. Not enough employees for crowd they got slammed and wasn't able to keep up. Customer became upset. But I was very happy with my service.
Went right before closing(which I hate to do) and the girls working were so nice! Our drinks were perfect as well!
